I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. I felt like the salesman who came out…read morerecommended a significant amount of work that was unnecessary, and the repair they ultimately offered was extremely overpriced in my opinion. The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.

He protected our brand new roof and worked with the roofers to ensure that everything met the proper requirements for a waterproof and sound installation. They'll tell you every excuse in the book, saying the patio has too much shade, poor drainage, etc. But the fact is, it was sealed and fine until they came, resealed/sanded it and then it was a disaster. Now I have to get it redone properly again. What a waste of money that was. Do not listen to the excuses they provide. They will reply here and it's 100% a lie. They would not come and redo it for me. So I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor craftsmanship on their part. And they would not resolve it, so not a trustworthy business. Come with the excuses. Adios. https://youtu.be/e7CbCTkfPxE - view of the shoddy craftsmanship applied to my entire patio. The whole thing looks like this now and did after 6 mo of them redoing the patio. Before this, I never had problems to this degree, period. Nothing even close to this state. My entire patio has sun hitting it, there's no excuses here. There's guards along the edge to keep plants from penetrating it, always has been. They'll throw every excuse at the book while other contractors will just make it right, even if they have to redo such a poor job that did not hold up even for a year.

From…read morethe moment they arrived, they have been exceptionally professional, courteous, and hardworking. It is evident that they are highly knowledgeable and experienced, and watching their progress has only reinforced that impression. I also have to mention how pleasantly surprised I have been by the care they have taken throughout the process. Given the nature of the work, I expected there would be a high level of disruption or mess, but the work area has remained remarkably clean and organized. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and the work looks beautiful. We are so grateful that we were referred to US Waterproofing. I keep finding myself commenting on how impressed I am with the quality of the work and how happy I am that we chose your company for this project.

Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the worst. In June 2026, a sales rep diagnosed a suspected basement wall crack and required a 50% deposit ($800) before scheduling the work. On 8/4, two technicians opened the wall and found no interior crack. They confirmed the issue was outside and that no crack repair could be done. They were in and out in under 30 minutes. The sales rep told me verbally that my deposit would be refunded in full. Instead, the company kept almost the entire amount and claimed nearly $700 was a "drywall/exploratory fee" for removing and replacing a small section of drywall. Two union carpenters I consulted said this charge is far above industry norms. I sent a certified letter to management on 9/3, which was delivered on 9/9. The refund amount they emailed me (only $130.55) had already been processed on 9/4 -- before they even received my letter -- and no one contacted me to discuss it. I'm now out $800 for a crack repair that was never performed and drywall work that does not justify the cost. I'm sharing this so future customers understand the exploratory fee and refund policy before signing anything. This is no longer a company I recommend doing business with.
