When I ordered a vegetarian it was a lump of 5/6 slices of cheese, 3 thick cut cucumbers and one tomatoes top & bread lathered in pesto sauce. Missing lettuce and the rest of the listed ingredients- avocado onion etc. Not worth ordering again. Maybe it depends on who makes your sandwich. I have been here a few times before and I have to say the owner of the shop is very nice and super sweet. I am assuming he is the owner but he's very nice when he answers the phone and when he talks to you in person, he has great customer service and very enthusiastic. I definitely love coming here because of the service is fast and they are super kind and grateful. The food is delicious especially their sandwiches. I usually get something super simple like a Dutch crunch with roast beef with the special sauces, including mayo as well and red onions, which is super basic but it taste absolutely delicious. I honestly would rather come here than Little Lucas. When I save my sandwich for later, it never gets soggy, but when I go to Little Lucas and order the same sandwich and save it for later, it always becomes soggy. I would definitely recommend people to come here. It is super convenient and delicious and the customer service once again is absolutely top-tier. They do take Apple Pay if you were wondering. The ambience inside is super quiet very nice. Everyone's just enjoying their nice lunch. It's very beautiful inside and it's jampacked with a lot of great items. Wow! So I stumbled upon this place from googling deli at the airport and then hopped on a bus to get here and walked in the rain and I would do it all over again! This place is fantastic! I came in and they have everything and anything you could want. The atmosphere is so relaxed and feels like I've been here a million time and it's just my first. Better than the atmosphere is the food I ordered the Vincent B sandwich for sit in. They told me to have a seat as they made it, while waiting the gentleman came over and gave me some of their homemade Italian wedding soup which was delicious. Then my sandwich came and wow, this thing was huge and even came with some Mac salad. After slowly savoring my sandwich I had to try the Mac before I got too full and once I started I could not help but finish it. I slept on this gem for waaaay too long. Super high quality meats and fresh veggies piled high on probably the best bread available. And the sandwiches came with a scoop of macaroni salad. The sandwich is an incredible value; you could easily feed two people with one sandwich. Soups are made daily, we tried the spilt pea and it was hearty and delicious. They are restrained with the salt in both the mac salad and soup, making it taste more like something grandma would make at home rather than a restaurant salt bomb. (And salt shakers are on the tables if it's not enough for you.) The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with our group of kids and a senior. You feel welcomed and unhurried. I like Little Lucca, but I can't imagine returning there when Leonardo's is an option. Leonardo's is probably the best deli in the whole county. I'll be back, and often! read more

I never knew about this place until I saw it on UberEats. I love great sandwiches, and it being so close meant I had to try. I think I went with the #2 sandwich and something similar to it which was Warrior and Yankee Clipper, both on dutch crunch. I ate the Yankee Clipper first and damn, it was bussin' (sooo good!). The bacon was super tasty and crunchy (but not hard) - and the whole sandwich seemed to disappear in front of me haha. The next day, I reheated and had the Warrior sandwich - which was still a great sandwich but I did miss the bacon in the Yankee Clipper. No regrets though, maybe the Warrior would have been better right? I got the Giants Sandwich ($13.99) for myself personally because who doesn't eating local menu items named after sports teams. Too bad the baseball team isn't as good as this sandwich is. This sandwich was a 10/10. It was loaded with the perfect amount of ham, salami, mortadella, provalone cheese, and their garlic sauce is so good. You can definitely get full easily after eating half a sandwich. You can also get your sandwich toasted and it is perfect after toasting them. Family tree always flourishes. This place has been existing almost 36 years and it gives every customer a bit of the country of Italy. I passed this place many times and always wanted to come in. So it's finally happened, thanks to my husband who loves sandwiches. Leonardo's cafe is the place with history covered on the walls around. I love when customers can not only just grab their food, but also soak up with cultural experience. I liked the owner who was open and friendly and had a nice conversation with me. It's more of a lunch spot, but they do have some breakfast items. The place is kind of a hole-in-the-wall, but staff were welcoming and accommodating. We were greeted warmly upon entering, and once we had ordered, they brought out our orders to our table. I was hesitant about the breakfast burrito since it had no meat, but, surprisingly, it was still quite flavorful and loaded with fresh ingredients. That garlic sauce they use is bomb (probably not very date-friendly food)! When we went, they had panettone from Italy wrapped up in festive gift wrap and ready to go. I'm a huge believer that tuna sandwiches are very underrated. It's the deli option that I'll never make myself so I leave it to the professionals (or my mom, she makes really good tuna salad lol). For $13, this sandwich was ginormous, especially getting it on a tasty sourdough roll. My appetite seems to be shrinking so I was able to split this sandwich up into two meals. The tuna was delicious although I think it needed a lil bit more S&P which was a quick fix at home. Hot sauce on tuna salad is must for me. So, I add some tapatio or truff sauce at home for added flavor. I've ordered your more traditional deli sandwich options here and they are all pretty solid.
