Yup! 5 stars. The service is excellent from the moment we walked in. The staff is on top of everything and the food is very affordable. I honestly don't know why this place doesn't have a higher rating on Yelp. The menu is massive and has something for everyone. The service is fast and personable, the food is affordable and delicious, the atmosphere is energetic and clean. I ordered a ham and cheese melt, chicken finger pita, Daisie of fries, side of sausage gravy, side of chili, side of ranch, and 2 giant cokes for only $28!! I would come here once a week if I lived here. I recommend you swing by if you're in the fence and can't decide what to eat, you'll find something for the entire family. :) read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don't know what kind of "restaurant" this is supposed to be, but apparently, table service is optional. My group and I sat there for thirty full minutes -- yes, THIRTY no one even acknowledged us. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," not even a glance from a server pretending to be busy. When someone finally did approach, it wasn't to take our order -- it was to ask us for drinks that we would later never receive... I've had better service at gas stations and vending machines. Honestly, if you're hungry and want to experience the thrill of being completely invisible, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and eat literally anywhere else. First off i come here with my mother every week for breakfast. Today we had out of town guests and came here for lunch. From our table in saw several items of our lunch sitting under the heat lamp. I then saw the cook grab and take fries off of one plate. The waitress then went up to the area and brought those same same fries to me. I immediately stated I could not take those fries. She left the fries and then came back to say he had gloves on. So maybe he did have clear gloves on and I couldn't see them. But it seemed strange after food had been sitting there someone would grab a huge handful. Then the next time she came back she told me he had tongs. He definitely didn't have tongs on. I told her I see him using the tongs now but that wasn't the case. The waitress didn't see it so what else could she say? How about sorry we will do better and I'll remove the cost of the fries. She told another person (who later removed the cost of the fries) then she immediately looked over at me and rolled their eyes. Waitress never brought us our final bill. I had to go up to the counter and get it. I'm which she said this other girl needed to remove the fries. Still didn't apologize. I still tipped her because it wasn't her fault what the cook did but I highly doubt I'll come back. read more

I don't like to rate restaurants poorly, but this one earned it. My in laws liked coming here occasionally before, but we will not be back. To start, the food was awful. Everyone had hash browns that were so undercooked, they tasted stringy and wet. My wife had runny eggs with glossy egg whites. My omelet had to buried in Tzatziki (which was forgotten at first when the food was brought out) to balance out the overcooked eggs. My dad in law's bacon was halfway cooked, inviting us to play Russian roulette with salmonella. We informed the waitress of this, who seemed receptive and spoke to the manager. That's fine, but we still paid full price for essentially two meals out of four. The least they could have done was cut our bill down. We came in at nine A.M on a Saturday, and whereas normally the place would be packed, it seemed half empty this go around. Unfortunately, it makes sense when considering our experience today. Hopefully they take this review seriously and raise their standards, people deserve good food, no matter where and when they choose to eat. read more

Food is ok and affordable, however... The last two times we were in there, the staff was cleaning the floors right by/at our table. Once they were mopping, and another time (today) they were sweeping. It is unpleasant to eat when you are smelling cleaning products or tasting the dust from the floor on your food. We kindly asked the young girl to not sweep around us while we ate, but her response was "well, I'm almost done." Really??? I don't understand why they cannot do these chores after closing? I used to come here with my grandma and it's usually amazing with great service but I came in today with some friends and ordered the chili with beans and it comes with onions but when I got it back I got a bowl of slop with no beans and no onions so when I asked our waitress if she gave me the chili with beans and onions because I could have been wrong, she said she was going to ask the cooks but when she came back she had yet another bowl of chili that I didn't ask for with beans at the very bottom that looked like they came straight from the can as it still had the bean juice in it aswell which I don't think anyone should be eating raw uncooked beans like that and the waitress seemed as though she was on some sort of drugs so I think I'm gonna have to call it quits on Leo's this time read more

I have given up on eating here. On my last 4 visits I have been given either cold or dark brown refried French fries and on the last 2 visits I specifically requested freshly made fries but was ignored and served inedible fries. When a restaurant refuses to provide freshly made food even when the problems with past orders are discussed when ordering it is time to move on to a restaurant that serves freshly made items and cares about what they serve the customers. Hubs got sick after eating here three hours ago. Don't do it! And update... so did I. Never. Ever. Ever again.

If you were to throw my hot dog at the window the glass would have shattered because it was so hard. I would probably go back again if I had the same feeling of "I don't know what to eat I'm being indecisive", like I did last night. I will say that their greek salad dressing is an actual vinaigrette and not the thick, sugary stuff we typically see at a coney. I enjoyed that a lot. The service was friendly, if a bit slow. When driving back after taking our girls home to their mother, this is a favorite place for us to stop for a quick dinner. The place is quiet later in the evening and that's okay with us. Service is always fast and friendly, what you would expect from a Leo's. First! Let me just say that out of all the Leo's I have eaten at, this one is the nicest. It's clean, the decor isn't too bad, all the TV's are on different stations, that part's cool right? So why should you eat here instead of any of the other million coney places in Michigan? The food and the service of course. The omelettes and burgers are delicious, it never feels like more burger than bun and they have plentiful amounts of choices you can make. The servers treat you like royalty and they get your food to you promptly. I have been here a couple times and it's always been a treat. They also have no problems with big groups coming in, even if it's an hour before closing. Definitely a nice spot to eat at. read more

I have to say I was so excited that a Leo's opened in this location. It needed one bad! It is so nice and clean in there, and everyone is very friendly. I ordered a Michigan Cherry Salad, it was great. The food is always delicious and inexpensive. My server was so sweet and had my beverage filled up as soon as I needed the refill. DESERVES ZERO STARS LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER PLACE I WON'T BE BACK TO! Waitress was nice. The table ordered 3 coney dogs, 1 chili fry, 1 Fry with side of chili, 1 chicken finger peta. Order 1: chicken finger peta. The peta wasn't bad but you only get the equivalent of 1 chicken strip. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Order 2/3: 2 chili dogs w/ chili fries Chili dogs came me out the first time with no chili, so they were sent back. Came out second time and the hot dogs were RAW AND ICE COLD. So it was sent back again. Came out again microwaved, bun rock hard, chili hot, hotdogs cold. We finally gave up. I refuse to pay for raw, disgusting food. The waitress took the food off our bill but we will not be back. Something needs to be done or people like us (locals), won't be back. read more

So my wife is sick and she ordered door dash; we received the bag stapled shut so we knew that the delivery driver was not responsible in anyway for what happened. When she opened the bag for her chicken lemon rice soup, they had gave her rice pudding. This was not so much an issue until we called up and they asked us to bring back the rice pudding and receipt to prove that they made the mistake for a 2 dollar bowl of soup was really made. The first person to answer the phone (who is the person who prepares the deliveries) admitted to her mistake as crackers for the soup were in the bag. When the manager got on the phone they would not compensate us for anything and insisted we bring the rice pudding back as if they would do anything but throw it away at this point. This was a horrible experience and my wife's cheap bowl of soup turned into a 8 dollar waste of time and breath. read more

I have not eaten at a Leo's in over 5 years, when I last lived in MI. I sat down right away and the waitress (Laura I believe) was very friendly and took my drink order right away. She brought my pop and I ordered the chicken pita with fries. It did take a little longer than what I expected, but the place was busy and Laura had a lot of tables so the former server in me didn't mind. The food was great as well as the service. I don't like to give bad reviews. I waited until I had several bad to mediocre experiences in a row. I noticed they've gotten rid of bussing staff. The servers are now both bussing and waiting. The service has been slow. We were there at 11:15am for Sunday breakfast. We had our choice of seats. Very unusual generally there's a line out the door. We weren't greeted right away had to wait for the server. Took our drink orders came back said we'd have wait for coffee they were fresh out. Ok....strange but ok. When the coffee did come out I'm pretty sure they reused the coffee grounds. Coffee was pale and taste less. Our order came out wrong and our toast never arrived Coffee cups never refilled. Obviously something has changed at Leo. Sorry Leo's I'll be going to Petes Coney for breakfast. read more
