Leo's Delivery Service was the most expensive quote I received for a move to our final retirement home. I thought you get what you pay for, so I scheduled my move with them thinking more expensive means better quality of services. When I asked for their COI to confirm their insurance coverages, I received an editable version that looked like it was just filled in to appease me. I know agents don't send them out that way, so I contacted the insurance agent listed on the COI to verify the insurance coverage and found out it was not representative of the insurance this business had with them. Shortly after doing this, I received a call from Leo stating I had gotten his insurance cancelled (which I don't believe) and that they won't do our move now. I had also requested a copy of the contract so I could read the terms and conditions and was never sent it - told instead that they will present at the time the movers show up. That is not the place and time I want to be reading the fine print when my back is to the wall on move day. The end result, I was able to find a reputable mover and within 18 hours, had a contract and valid certificate of insurance (COI) in hand. Whaaat!? Only 18 reviews!!! These guys are incredible!!! Leo and his team packed and moved our entire office when we moved to our new location. They did an exceptional job. Took down our computers, disassembled large office desks, took down our TV screens from wall mounts, wrapped our valuables, and handled ALL of our belongings with care. They even reassembled our office setup, desks, cubicles, etc, at the new location. They bring all the supplies needed: boxes, packing tape, packing blankets, shrink wrap, everything you'd need. They label each box and are extremely organized. Leo and the entire team are productive, efficient, and professional. No job was too big or impossible for Leo and his team. They go above and beyond. BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED! We were quoted $130 per hour with three movers and truck. The move took a little less than 2 hours. We were very clear about what needed to be moved. When payment time came I had $260 ready to give, plus an extra $20 for tip, but was told I owed them $450!! When I asked why it was costing more, they said there was a 3 hour minimum, and then they said it's $150 per piece (we had 3 pieces). Their explanations were all over the place. Since I was a woman alone in my home, with 3 moving guys trying to extort an extra $190 out of me, I paid it knowing they were cheating me. But I just wanted these 3 strange men out of my home! I didn't feel safe. When we called Leo to complain, we found they had erased the text chain that showed the quote, and they aren't returning our calls. Excellent! Very efficient & courteous service! We needed to move the contents of a large (10'x20') storage unit to a larger (10'x25') storage unit. We asked for 2 people. Leo sent 3 people with a large 26' moving truck which accomplished the move in a single trip. We had other estimates ranging from $450 to $750. Leo's estimate was $400, and that was the final cost also. Very courteous movers too. Similar move 3 years ago (different mover) cost us $625. They took just over an hour. Other estimates were as high as 3 hours! We've recommended Leo to two friends. We highly recommend this mover. read more

ALERT TO EVERYONE CONSIDERING USING LEOS DELIVERY SERVICE!! 'PAYMENT TIME' becomes a problem when they OVER CHARGE! We were quoted $130 per hour for 3 people. But We we're Charged $200.00 for less than hour! (we have proof of the exact entrance and leave time because of the storage gate record and the end time I personally witnessed) When we asked Leo WHY the $70.00 OVER CHARGE ... Leo said ohh that's because we charge a ' Flat Rate' of $200.00. So it's a $130 per hour but the flat rate Leo is charging is ... $200.00 per hour??? Sorry but That doesn't make sense to me. So I called my book keeper and explained the situation. She called Leo and asked about his pricing. He confirmed it was $130.00 for 1 hour and 3 movers. She asked him 'Is there a flat rate?? Leo said "no there is no flare rate". Leo admitted I was over charged and will refund me the $70 over charge. But, rather than crediting the credit card I used to pay him ...He wants to send me a check in the mail. Then he hung up on her. They were reliable and they did a great job! Just BEWARE OF LEOS 'OVER CHARGES' folks ... We'll see if my refund gets here. Nah, think I'll call the bank and stop payment instead. Leo's delivery service is super reliable and affordable. Every time I've called they were able to do same day delivery. The last time they came by they had to carry our cali king head board to my 3rd floor. Moses, Mauricio and Carlos were amazing with our move today! We got referred by a friend and I'm so happy we went with them for our move out of a condo and into our new house. They arrived a little early and got right to work. I was amazed at how fast they moved! They were very respectful and careful with our things and took time to properly wrap and cover delicate furniture and pieces. They moved our 3 bedroom condo so efficiently! And when we got to the new house, they covered the carpets (without me asking), which was a huge bonus, because I had them shampoo'd the day before. They made sure that all the boxes were placed in the right rooms. Communication was great. Scheduling the move was a little lackluster on the communication, but the team was amazing! These guys were fantastic! I hired them a few weeks ago to help me move from one condo to another after a friend has recommended them to me. The movers showed up promptly at 9am (their confirmation time), and were quick, hardworking, and very careful with my things. They charge by the hour, but unlike other delivery services, they do not require a minimum timeframe. Being hourly, I was a little worried that they would take their time and be slow, but they were quite the opposite. They brought a large truck and plenty of supplies to wrap my all my furniture up with. The guys were very friendly, accommodating, quick, and very careful with my stuff. I had them going up stairs with a heavy furniture, then back down stairs with the same furniture because I didn't like it upstairs. To then finally having it back upstairs lol. I would have been annoyed with myself if I were them but they didn't act annoyed one bit. They remained so patient with my indecisive moments. They are also excellent with helping stage and arrange rooms, if asked. I would ask them which way looks best for positioning of a couch, table, rug etc. and they would provide honest and useful feedback. BEST moving service I have ever used!!! My family and I have used them four times now. Every time they are so responsive, fast, and very professional. They accommodate every request! They are flexible if there are multiple drop offs. The moving cost and value are very reasonable. This past weekend I referred them to my sister who used them to move her mother-in-law from OC to Las Vegas. It was an emergency as their other movers showed up, raised their price, and delayed their delivery date by 20 days. They cancelled the move and lost their deposit. Absolutely fantastic! Moses and his team were efficient and professional. We had a lot of furniture and appliances, but they wrapped every piece and moved everything without a scratch on a wall or item. There was never a moment where they weren't moving and hustling. When they finished, our fridge water line was reconnected, washing and dryer were hooked up, beds were all built and all of the furniture was staged exactly where we needed. Let me start off by saying that Leo himself is a great attentive and very professional man. Very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. Wish I could say the same about his employees. The crew that helped me move out unfortunately reeked of beer and I've noticed a couple men high on something. This makes Leo look extremely awful. Not to mention that one of the leads misunderstood me and began contacting me after work hrs. At first I was okay with it hence I figured he needed someone to talk to but things got way out of hands when his wife found our conversations. Although I was very clear with him from the start that I was not interested in him he would continue to send me pictures of his trips and would send me texts. His wife was definitely not too happy about it since she mentioned it was not the first time she has found out that he has had contact with Leo's clients. This kind of behavior is definitely unacceptable and will definitely end up getting Leo in some serious sexual harassment law suit. I feel extremely awful for the wife especially since they have a 1 yr old. Also I wouldn't be so surprised if the men on Leo's crew are the kind to drink and use drugs while on the clock. This too is another risk costumers and innocent lives will have to pay for. All in all Leo has some serious problems on his hands regarding his employees. read more
