Ordered food today at 6pm and it didn't get delivered until 8 pm. We called a couple times to check the status and they were very rude. Them when the food got here I said something to the guy as to why it took 2 hours to deliver and he was rude and said well it happens, it's Friday so it happens. I have been visiting the Cornwall location for about 5 years now. It is most consistent in food prep/cook, and timely. The pizza is a little soggy and thick; I like a thinner, more crispy crust. Idk what to say about this place other than it's not worth anywhere near what they charge for it. The mushrooms aren't even cooked. They are just put on top after the pizza is cooked. Leos Pizza is popular in the area. they have a few locations in OC. The location in cornwall is the original location. They are a pizzeria. I used to go to the location in Cornwall with my grandparents for lunch when i was younger. The location in Cornwall has better service and food than the Newburgh location. I have been to the newburgh and Cornwall locations and this review is for both of the locations. leos in Cornwall and Newburgh are located inside of a strip mall. Food. The food here is good i have never had a bad meal here. They serve your typical American/Italian dishes. Chicken parm sausage and peppers ect.... The last 3 times i came here i got salad with grilled chicken and it was very good. They do offer Vegetarian options also.Every once in awhile you will see leo the owner in ether location. Most of the employees are young high school kids. The cool thing about leos is both locations maybe have 10 tables max. If you sit down to eat one of the employees sets the table and takes your order and everything its kind of different from other stand only style of pizza places around the area. Overall leos is a nice place and hasn't changed over the years. I dont really go here much anymore but its a good place. No complaints from me. read more

Last night we are at my sister-in-law's house for a birthday dinner for my niece so we decided to order from Leo's Pizzeria we ordered two large pies two orders of wings and anti pasta salad the food was disgusting we ordered a Grandma's Pizza thin crust chicken parm pizza and we ordered a margarita pizza. a margarita pizza is supposed to be sauce fresh mozzarella cheese and basil they used bagged mozzarella cheese it was disgusting. the buffalo wings we asked for a traditional buffalo sauce it was some tanging nasty flavor not a traditional buffalo sauce. a traditional buffalo sauce is Frank's Red Hot or Texas Pete and butter that's what buffalo sauce is and don't get me started on the anti pasta salad who in their right mind puts Kalamata olives in an antipasto salad it had hunks of unedible parmesan cheese in it not provolone cheese it had a few pieces of wet nasty fresh mozzarella cheese, it had gobs of prosciutto, it had some salami rolled-up it had some canned red peppers and canned artichoke hearts this place is abysmal do not waste your time do not waste your money and to top it all off the price was $90 for two pizzas , two orders of wings and antipasta salad this place is disgusting if I could give them less than 1 * I would. I think the problem is pizzerias that report to call themselves Italian food use a Mexican cooking staff I'm not ordering tacos I'm not ordering fajitas I'm not ordering empanadas I'm ordering Italian food you should have Italian Cooks making Italian food your restaurant is garbage your food wouldn't be survivable to dogs. I am writing about the restaurant, which adjoins the pizzeria, not the pizzeria. What is wrong with people in Cornwall? Are they afflicted with an infirmity which renders them unable to discern quality food, innovative food, well prepared and made from scratch food? I wonder because the huge numbers of restaurants which seem to sell Cisco prepackaged food is sizable. Leo's purports to serve home made, authentic, Italian style fare. What is purveys is goop; it is doctor, pre-packaged glop from already made institutional food providers to which a bit of fried onions, some sauteed garlic, sauteed celery, sauteed veggies are added. I am sitting here two hours after dinner and the food still rests on my tummy ike an ice cap on top of a Swiss Alp. Ugh. I had heard this was a go to place from an acquaintance, and I trusted their opinion. Sadly, they are misinformed. The dinner we had from start to finish was a true gustatory nightmare. And, didn't I kind of guess as much was in store when I read the cliched menu? I mean, this menu might be handed down (circa 1970) from some great and massive printer (these people are pre-cloud based tech) which specifies: you will serve pasta fagioli (never mind that it tastes like its doctored campbell soup with some sauteed vegies thrown in); you will serve some vaguely newish sounding pasta dish: stuffed rigotoni bolognese, but it will simply be ragu over poorly cooked pasta, and some browned ground meat thrown on for good measure; you will serve a saltimboca, and the veal will be a precooked mess, the sauce a brown sauce out of a bottle from Cisco, the mozzarella, a gooey confection not nicely broiled to a crisp perfection, but sitting like a sad pool of squishy and light colored mud on top your over cooked veal. I could go on and on. The wine was bad, the bread? My god. Wonderbread takes a detour to Arthur Avenue. If you are even a teensy bit cogniscenti about cuisine, skip this place. read more

Today was the last time we order from here. My wife ordered a small pie and a chicken marsala meal, which we had delivered.The pie shrank 4" since the last time we ordered it, the marsala was expensive and should be called "where's the chicken" marsala. A tin filled with pasta, a single sliced mushroom and a couple pieces of chicken. My wife and I joked that the delivery guy ate some on the way. Would definitely give this place a 4star on quality but the price lost them a star. Got a hero with chicken cutlet, fresh mozz, roasted red peppers,balsamic glaze, basil and spinach. Sandwich was on point but with a soda it came to $18 and some change that's really high. I get that it has some pricier ingredients on it but to get a sandwich and 20oz bottle drink and only get $1 and some change back stings. First it was $10.00 then $11.00... no problem then it jumped to $13.00 and today it was $17.00 plus I tip the delivery guy so I basically paid 20.00 for a basic sandwich. So yesterday on March 31st, I called in to leos to order dinner. I told the guy on the phone, "can I get a stromboli with fries?" He made me repeat myself a few times, so I said it slower and louder. So my mom goes to pick it up, and when she gets home I open it to find a stromboli but with no fries. I was confused until I cut it in half and found the fries inside the stromboli. I was annoyed of course because I repeated myself many times to the guy that I wanted a stromboli with french fries, not a french fry stromboli. I think maybe your employees need to brush up on reading comprehension or something. I gave it 2 stars because I still ate it. It's a funny situation now though! read more
