The food is amazing. The pizza is fresh and delicious! I have had their shrimp penne pasta and it was too good. The pizza slices are huge and the pasta portions are big as well and it come with salad and bread which many places do not do. I would definitely stop by at this family owned pizza shop that cooks with integrity and makes food like they're cooking for their own family. 10 stars! read more

We decided to give Marlo a try for takeout since the two other pizzerias we usually frequent in town were both closed. Let's start with the pasta fagiole - this one one of the worst tasting "soups" I've ever tasted. The broth is completely sour and tastes like tomato sauce out of a can. Even canned pasta fagiole is much better! For $20 the mixed seafood linguine was pretty awful - a 1 out of 5 at most. All of the seafood was gummy and overcooked; and again, the same "canned sauce" was used as for the broth mentioned above. The only reason I give this a 1 is that my dog ate some of the shrimp and pasta. The pizza was mediocre with very little toppings. Plus it was a gummy rubbery pancake when we brought it home, fresh out of their oven. We needed to cook it for another 10-12 min for 350 to crisp it up. From their oven to ours!! We are consumers and paid a fair amount of money for quality food so there's no reason we need to bring it home and need to doctor it. The leftover soup and seafood linguine is still in my fridge. Nobody feels like having it and I don't feel like spending time on it to make it better. The other 2 pizzerias we frequent are very similar in price and their food is always delicious with huge portions, fresh seafood and crispy pizza. You would expect comparable quality. We are very disappointed in Marlo, considering it was for our daughter's 3rd birthday party. Next time competition is closed, we rather make frozen pizza and spaghetti with Ragu from the pantry! read more

I was a bit skeptical at first about what to expect but I am impressed! $16 for Penne ala vodka with chicken, comes with bread and a salad. Good portion, great taste. The girls at the counter were super nice too. Definitely recommend. read more

This is our fourth and last try. We always did take out. Pizza is just ok, they put very little of additional toppings you pay extra for, still have to put it in the oven bc it's too soft on the bottom every time. Seafood spaghetti is a disaster, very thick sauce just like opening the can of tomato paste, definitely using frozen seafood and not to mention the bean soup- total disgrace. So sour you can't swallow it. They put so much disproportionate amount of saggy pasta. 80% of the soup is pasta not beans. We only went there because the competition was closed but from now on - no way!!! Please owners of the place, do us a favor, sample the food from other local pizzerias and then you'll find out what people are talking about! Ruined our food portion of birthday! read more

BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD! I've been a huge fan of Marlo's Pizzeria for 10 years now. They are by far the best pizzeria in the area. We've had plenty of different items but my all time favorite is their Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Everything is always so fresh and amazing and the people are always very nice. Worst customer service ever. I waited at the counter and they ignored me... eventually when I got someone's attention, they were rude and they cut me off while I was placing my order several times. As if this wasn't enough, the pizza tasted bland and the sauce was like ketchup. Considering how many options their is in Marlboro, I would pass on Marlo's. read more

Consistently great meals and pizza. Food is much better than you'd assume just looking at the place. Dinners can reach the quality of that of a fancy restaurant, but you can go in a shirt and jeans (and it is most definitely a shirt and jeans kind of place). Go more than a few times and the folks who run it will know what you're going to order before you even sit down (personal experience). Recommended if you're in the area and don't want to spend too much money. If you're going for pizza, go for a pie, not slices - slices can sit out pretty long. read more

Had dinner this week, ordered the Chicken Francese, which was very fresh, tender, a little bit too much lemon for my taste, but still delicious. It came with a large garden salad, nicely done, side of pasta, and bread. Overall a great experience, will be back to try more dishes. read more
