We found our dream camper at Leo's, the only issue was we were 500 miles away in NH. Sarah P. was awesome in negotiating a very generous offer for the purchase long distance over email and the phone before we flew down to see the unit in person. Everyone that we met in person and virtually was spectacular! When we flew down to see the the camper, Mike chauffeured us from and to the airport and John patiently walked us out of state newbies through all of our questions and concerns. When we returned to this week to take delivery of the camper, again, everyone was simply stellar! We just can't say enough good things about this dealership and its people! We may be 500 miles away but we will be returning customers in the future! (We have one of their catalogs and they ship everywhere!)

The worst service department I have ever dealt with. Do not by an RV from them if you expect having it serviced or for warranty work.

For anyone interested, please know that Advance Auto Parts will indeed place your whipper blades after purchase of the actual blade. But the phenominal customer service was not expected, and I appreciate it! If I have any other reason to need to come to get my car looked at for something quick, this was a good place to start.

Unsure of when it was purchased i brought the battery in. I was told by the sales rep they battery was out of warranty due to build date. I informed him its actually from purchase date. he reluctantly agreed, so we looked up the purchase date. (may 2024) we still had 2 months to go on warranty. he then tells me he needs to charge and test it. and it will be 30 minutes. we said that's fine well be back in 30 minutes... We come back and are told by another representative that it needs to slow charge for 24 HOURS... what could we do? so we agreed... i called customer service diehard warranty side and spoke to deborah. I asked if 24 hour charge is standard to warranty a battery. she said she couldn't tell me and needed to speak to the store putting me on a brief hold. she returned to call and told me "he said he didn't say that...he said it would be 9 hours and come back 9 hours from drop off" i told her that would be midnight that night.. so essentially it will be charging close to 24 hours... she gave me a $10 store coupon and apologized for the confusion and inconvenience. I arrived the next day at 9:04 to a different staff.. and was told my battery was out of warranty because 2 years had passed since build date. I corrected this new rep who didn't argue.. just agreed and looked up purchase date. then told me he had to test it.. to my surprise it passed... or so i was told... he sets down the tester on the table where it says in bold yellow charge and retest... i asked him again...it says passed/good..He responded "yup"... so i asked him what the cold cranking amps were.. he responded 123... i told him the rating is 550 that battery isn't good. the tester says charge and retest...His response... ill get your new battery. acknowledging he lied right to my face... i even gave him a second chance to correct himself.. it was early and maybe he wasn't all the way awake yet.. he doubled down. so at the end of all this i received my new battery.. with a catch.. the build date was 5/25...9 months old and i said this to the rep handling the warranty...no response... i take it home and put it in my wife's mustang to find it wont start... the new batteries voltage... (11.3v) not enough to start a car. healthy voltage is 12.7.. so here i am with a battery under new warranty i had to charge myself...i called corporate sales hotline Monday to be told there is nothing they can do except a full refund of the battery. leaving me back a square one.. or put in a ticket with the store manager... who may have been one of the people on the floor either day i was there... no one there had on a name tag and was in street clothes...

Well, I found the oil I needed quickly but I was a little lost on which blades to choose. One of the guys could see the gears turning and offered to help me select my replacement blades. He was able to explain the four types of blades they carried and the features of each. Also, he also looked up the sizes I needed so I didn't have to thumb through the big book. My experience got even better here - As I was paying, the guy working offered to install my blades for me. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. He said, "Well, it will take me just a few seconds since I do it a lot and its freezing cold out there." Although I planned to do the install job in the warmth of my garage, I would have had to read the directions and reacquaint myself with my wiper anatomy (living in SoCal for 12 years I forgot what purpose windshield wipers served) - at least a ten minute job for me. So sure enough, it literally took him about 15 seconds to install my blades. I know that wiper blade installation isn't rocket science but customer service really seems to be a lost art but AutoZone has helped me remember what it's like to get great service.

For one of my visits I needed to buy the additional tools needed to replace my sparkplugs and a few other things like an air filter. Anthony assisted in me in finding the right aisle for the spark plug sockets, the anti-seize lubricant, and the air filters. I picked up a few other things like the orange goop for my hands and the good blue paper towels. I had everything I needed for a tune up. I went back a couple times the following week as I wanted to replace my battery next. I had to come back since there weren't enough staff members available at the time for someone to be able to change out my battery, but was able to come back the next day and get this done. Mike was very helpful in assisting me with getting this done. While I got the new battery, John came over and gave me a detailed explanation of how the battery worked and when I should add distilled water. Another employee Floyd was also super helpful and was there even thought he wasn't working at the time. Overall, you can tell this is a friendly neighborhood auto parts store and the staff was friendly and helpful. In the short time I was there I could tell that lots of people like to come here and talk about cars and the staff is willing and able to help everybody.

When we purchased our Motorhome (from a concierge service in New Jersey) I tried to find a local company to service our coach. When I called Chesaco RV, Joppa, MD I was told, and I quote: "... we only service RV's that we sell!" Fast-forward to last month when I was alerted to a recall on our coach. I was referred to Chesaco as the closest Authorized Dealer. I called the Gambrills location (approx. 20 miles away) and asked for service, apparently, I was forwarded to the Joppa facility. I explained the recall and was told that I had an appointment for July 15th at 10:00am Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the Gambrills location only to be told I had no appointment! They checked with Joppa and said that I made the appointment there! I did NOT! Joppa is 50 miles away on the other side of Baltimore! I was not a happy camper. They told me that if I left my coach they would order the parts and contact me when the parts arrived to schedule the work. I checked every day for over a week. Each and every time I called, I was told the service person was on a call and would call me back. That never happened! So, I called Camping World Manassas, VA and started the process there... I explained my experience with another dealer and needed help. They promptly filed a claim with Forest River, which was approved. This proved that Chesaco RV never did anything! Forest River would never approve TWO claims for the same vehicle. I went to Chesaco and told them that I was taking my coach to another dealer. They said they "... already submitted a claim and ordered the parts!" Simply not possible! After a very short discussion, I asserted that I wanted my coach. They were NOT happy but did bring it around and left in a huff. I drove my coach home and will NEVER return. Not that it changes anything, except to warn my fellow veterans! I am a retired service-disabled Marine Corps veteran. I strongly recommend that you NEVER do business with this company.
