Eugene has been very helpful in providing me service but also knowledge that assisted me in making decisions for my 3.7 Q50. I wanted to ensure I go to a place that cares as much as my car as I do and Eugene is a rare gem. He informs me during my maintenance when I ask questions and also gives me great suggestions. I have had zero issues with my installs for my maintenance and performance parts from EAC everything is clean and if there is an issue Eugene will message you asap and inform you. He caught things I didn't notice and I appreciate the honesty as I like my car to be in good shape rather than a hidden surprise.
