My Girlfriend recently spun out when her car simply braked on highway 242. This made her hesitant to drive again knowing that the car still had an underlying issue. With the help of Navjit and Ronaldo, we were accepted into a emergency appointment to diagnose the vehicle. Immediately I notice how clear and concise the communication they have with their customers. Great work all around. Fixed my timing belt at a fair price and even fixed some other smaller problems for free. Rolando was great and talked me through everything and was very friendly the whole time. Definitely my new mechanic and will use them for any future repairs. It's not easy to find a reliable and trustworthy person when it comes to cars and After searching around for weeks for a shop where I could get my engine rebuilt I had Rolando and his crew take care of it. When I first came in for a quote Rolando guided me through out the whole process of rebuilding an engine and gave me a tour around his shop and showed me the machines and introduced me to his crew. I also took my time to speak to each of them and everyone is very knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the way they handled things and the final result. Triple S is one of the few last examples of honest car repair businesses left. Rolando was great, very helpful, friendly and informative. I called in one day to receive a quote for a head gasket repair & brand new cooling system all around. He gave me the best quote out of about 20 other shops in the area. Rolando even recommended me a tow driver that I could call if I needed to, who offered me a tow for much lower than what most would charge. I took my car in, and in about a week or so, my car was completed and back running at 100%. I paid exactly how much I was quoted on day 1, before Rolando even opened up my car or took a look at anything. He never tried to upsell me on anything, never tried to get me to spend any more money than I needed to, or to fix anything other than what I came for. Didn't pay a dollar more or a dollar less than what I was quoted from day 1. Rolando is an honest, hard-working man that you can trust with your vehicle's repairs, and he and his team do excellent work. Highly recommend and I will be back in the future. read more

My car overheated and the mechanic I used to take my car to referred me to Triple S. They said I needed a new cylinder head for my Ford SUV, so they took my car and it took them approximately 3 months to give it back to me. I never knew if my cylinder head was really cracked or not, they never really showed me the parts. Not only did they take them that much to try to fix it, but they did not do a good job and my car ended up with other problems after they gave it to me. At this point I had already given them thousands of dollars for this, as they said they needed in advance for parts they spent on. After all this time, they suggested I take it to the dealer so they can diagnose the problem because it was out of their hands. I was very patient, and took it there, and spent thousands of dollars to take care of other engine and emission issues consequence of the unprofessional job from Triple S. The engine light has been on since then, and when I think I am done fixing one issue, another one shows up. I don't know what they did to my car, but they certainly messed it up. I decided not to drive it for a while and use my commute car instead. After some time I decided it was time to try to work on it again since I had spent so much money on it already. I took it to a new and very professional mechanic, and it only took him 1 and a half days to realize that the Triple S guys left many hoses disconnected and some of them broken (they used cheap glue to try to fix the issue), and this is what is causing the engine light. There are leaks, and now of course I am the one responsible of buying new parts to replace the ones they broke! But that is not it, he told me the the job they had charged so much for was terribly done (another confirmation, after the one from the dealer). The cylinder head valves were making a weird noise and vibrating a lot. He said that the job they did was so poor that it would probably be no more than 6 months driving this car until I need a new cylinder head! I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TRIPLE S! If you ever have engine issues, take your car somewhere else, unless you want to live a nightmare, and get your car messed up forever. I should also say that I am mainly talking about the job that was done, I could give 0 starts if possible, but that one star goes to Samuel and Roland who seem to be honest and helpful people, not the case for the ones who "worked" on my car. NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR SI TIENEN PROBLEMAS DE MOTOR! Triple S hizo un trabajo de reemplazar el cylinder head debido a un sobrecalentamiento, y lo unico que hicieron fue dejar mi SUV en el peor estado posible! Me cobraron miles de dolares, y se tardaron 3 meses, sin poder darmelo tal y como estaba! Mi SUV salio de ese lugar con un sin fin de problemas que antes no traia, y hasta ahora tengo que lidiar con ellos! Nunca me mostraron el cylinder head, que me dijeron que estaba rajado, y peor aun tuve que llevarlo al dealer para que me digan que problemas traia! Pude conseguir un mecanico de confianza despues de tiempo, y confirmo que el trabajo de Triple S fue demasiado malo. Dejaron mangueras sueltas, y clips y conexiones de las mangueras rotas! Lo que mantenia trayendo problemas de motor y emisiones! Aun sigo tratando de arreglar y comprar partes que ellos rompierony trataron de pegar con un pegamento barato. Por favor, no traigas tu vehiculo aqui si no quieres tener un dolor de cabeza con un auto que nunca volvera a ser igual. read more
