EV owners beware!!! They caused $7500 in damages to my Sierra EV because they lifted the truck incorrectly. Not only this, I will not have a truck for 5+ weeks while it's being repaired at a GMC dealership. Manager Maico is completely worthless when trying to tell him about the repair estimate from dealership. His response to everything was "okay". He was never once apologetic for his incompetent employees. Supposedly employee Liam was the one that caused the damages. Stay away from them!!! read more

On December 4th, I called and received a quote from Ron along with an appointment to have new tires installed. When I called on the day of the appointment to confirm, I was told my appointment didn't appear in the system. Maico, the person who answered, reassured me that even though it wasn't showing, they would still take care of me. I was so grateful for his willingness to help. I would like to take a moment to express my thanks and appreciation, and to recognize a couple of your employees Matti, and Cody JC of Les Schwab in Arvada, Colorado. This was my very first time visiting a Les Schwab establishment. I was totally surprised from the beginning to the end. I called 2 days ago and spoke with a pleasant young lady by the name of Matti. She set me up for the day and time that I needed. What a wonderful person to talk to, and quite customer service oriented. When I brought my car in today at 8am to get serviced, I spoke to a young man named Cody J C. I was totally blown away with Cody's professionalism, true dedication, respect and outstanding customer service. He showed true dedication to this company. You should be quite proud of Cody. In the short time that I spoke with him I could already tell that he works cohesively and functions effectively to satisfy his customers. He took his time and explained everything that was going to be done with my car, and gave me an approximate time when it would be done. What truly impressed me was when he called to tell my that I needed extra work on my front end. He gave me a price and I said, that's fine. I received another call about 5 minutes later from Cody, and he said upon checking the car a little closer that it didn't need this extra work. Talk about an honest company - WOW! He called again and said that my car was ready, blown away again - it took 30 minutes. I have never had this great of service in my most recent years. Keep up the great work Les Schwab employees. Meeting with Cody was a total breath of fresh air. His 'second to none' attitude, knowledge, and professionalism is contagious, and in my humble opinion he is a true asset to Les Schwab! read more

Completely phenomenal service!!! We had a slow leak in our vehicle, and struggled to find a tow truck for a 2022 Tesla. This location went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they come to our house to take the tire off, they took it to the shop and fixed it, and then brought it back and placed it back on our car. I have never had such a quick, seamless process with a vehicle. Oh! And ZERO CHARGE. They did all of this for free. I will be coming back to this location for all services moving forward. Just had an exceedingly frustrating experience with this shop. Today, we had a 9:00am appointment to put on two snow tires on the front of our front wheel drive. We've had these tires for years, and every winter we have them installed on the front. My husband told the attendant what we needed and he said 'no problem'. My husband sat in the waiting room and watched people come in without an appointment to get serviced right away. Finally, at 10:30am, with the car still in the parking lot, my husband asked another employee for an update - this employee said "we made a mistake with the paperwork. We only install four tires, we won't do two." My husband had to wait for 90 minutes and had to seek someone out to find out what was going on. The initial attendant said 'no problem' only to find out an hour and half later, that they wouldn't service us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we've had issue with this shop. This summer, our daughter had a nail in one of her Mini Cooper tires which was not repairable. They said they we'd have to buy four new tires because they didn't have the type she needed in their store, at the cost of over $1000.00, and despite the fact her tires were only a few months old!! They said they did have one replacement tire at another one of their shops, but they didn't know when they could get it in. The shop didn't even make an attempt to get the tire at all!! My husband drove to the Mini dealer, bought the tire, then took it back to LS to mount. We would have taken the car elsewhere, but the car was on the hydrolocks, and LS said they would not put the original tire back on because it was damaged - we couldn't even drive it. We either had to pay $1000 or find the tire ourselves. Terrible customer service!! Today was strike two for this shop - we will NOT wait for strike three. We'll go elsewhere from now on. read more

I had a tire slowly losing pressure and the manager on duty, Travis, offered to take a look. He ultimately found an offending screw, took the tire off the wheel, patched it, cleaned it, and re-mounted it. I asked what was due and he said NO charge! Excellent customer service. I had a super-slow leak in one of my tires, and everyone at the shop was super nice and helpful. The tire tech was Cymon, and he actually couldn't find the leak, even after submerging the tire and looking ever so patiently for bubbles that never appeared. He changed the valve stem anyway to one of higher quality, and the tire has been holding air ever since. Total charge: $0.00. Seriously. When the gentleman at the front desk asked me if I wanted to wait I was shocked. He said they can get it done tonight , no problem. He didn't make me feel like an inconvenience as a last-minute before closing customer, even though I was! I can't tell you how incredibly grateful I was for that. I just had the worst experience at this shop i have had at any in my life i went here to get tires and rims put on my truck i spent 1800 dollars and informed eric the manager that since its old you do have to crank it for about 30 seconds and he calls me to say he cant get it started and i show up 30 minutes later and he is still cranking it as gasoline is puddled under the truck and shooting out of the exhaust then we realized he absolutely destroyed the starter and refused to refund me or make things right in any way and as i was leaving i informed them that i will not be returning and eric said "that was the plan" read more

The day after getting the work done on my car (Saturday) and after driving it a couple of hours (on Sunday) I noticed a clunking noise under the front driver's side tire, I felt unsafe to drive any further and stayed parked in a parking lot. Pictures were taken from under it and a bolt was seen coming out. On Monday morning I went in and showed the manager Travis, the picture, at first he was very nice and offered to have it towed to the shop, then he asked to take a second look at the picture then said that bolt should not have been messed with by Alex the mechanic, then proceeded to say that I could have it be towed there and that they would not. This bolt is a bolt that would have been torked down and would not have been able to work it self out had not somebody ha messed with it the day before. My car is still at the parking lot and needs repairs that Les Schwab is responsible for. read more

I made an appointment to get my brakes inspected. When they asked what was going on with car, I told them the car was shaking when braking and I suspected it was my rear brakes because the front brakes had been replaced recently and were under warranty elsewhere. We just moved to the neighborhood and I am trying to get established with the businesses around us. After about 20 minutes, they test drove my car and told me it shaking a lot and I should just go back to the other place and have them take a look. No inspection. Took the car in for a brake exam and they said that they were fine and wouldn't need replacing at that time. 2 weeks later, with limited driving having occurred as I was traveling, the brake warning light came on. Took the car back and suddenly the front brakes need to be replaced. They charged around $400 more than the dealership to replace the pads, rotors and sensors. I asked them why the price was so high and they said that the dealership charges less because they charged me more for the car. What???? read more

Even though my tires are close to the end of their life and the business could have easily told me that my tire wasn't repairable, they were very honest and were able to quickly repair my tire.
