WHAT WAS BAD BECAME GOOD! I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism I was met with. I walked into this location looking for help and answers to issues caused by another close Les Schwab store. To my surprise I was met with open arms and a more than willing attitude to make things right. Management set the example of professionalism and all the staff followed through like one organized machine. Big high five to Benny!! Thanks man! He took the lead in correcting the less than satisfactory repairs from the incompetent tech at the previous location. Every issue I brought attention to was validated and then immediately corrected... within minutes. The other shop took days and did not complete any repairs correctly. Benny tackled it without dely... again, mere minutes. There is something special about service like that. Great service! I believe it's a product of their ability to work as a team and expect nothing less than greatness. The entire staff at this location deserves attention and commendation from corporate headquarters. Hopefully upper management understands and values all of their work. Additionally, I hope upper management will address the issues at the other Clovis location. Went here today to get tires rotated on my car. Services was fast and super friendly. Have been here two times in the past. Once to get new tires...only to be told my tires still had plenty of life left in them! They could have made an easy sale on me, but they were honest and told me to come back for a recheck in a few months. They've got my business from now on! Thanks guys! read more

I had the best experience at les schwab today and it deserves a shout out. I hit some road debris on the 99 yesterday and it caused some weird vibration that would come and go as I completed my drive home. I went in to les schwab this morning around 10 and even though they were very busy they assured me they would take a look and see what they can do. They balanced and rotated my tires (at no charge) and I assured them I will be back, all four individuals I Interacted with were top notch; friendly, honest, helpful, and efficient. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem, they referred me to a foreign car specialist and even called him ahead (after my consent) to let him know what they found and that I was on my way over which was great because revolution Autosport (also top notch and will never go back to the Porsche dealership now) was waiting for me as I arrived. Car problems suck and are mentally and financially draining, but the service and care at les schwab helped take some of the sting out of it. On my way to an appointment Wednesday afternoon, Feb 20, 2019 the low tire pressure light went on. After the appointment it was 3:45 pm. On a whim I called Les Schwab (never been to Les Schwab before) that looked closest on Yelp to where I was. Michelle answered the phone said bring the car in. I was there a little after 4:00pm. In about 15 minutes the tech came and said there was a screw in the sidewall of the tire and it is not repairable (this is the second time this has happened!). They did not have the exact tire in stock but recommended a comparable one at a reasonable price. I accepted and I was on my way back home by 4:55 pm - 50 minutes after I arrived. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. This was very welcome and unexpected customer service compared to other tire repair services I have dealt with in the past. I will certainly go back to Les Schwab and highly recommend them if the customer service is anything like that I received at Les Schwab at Clovis & Shaw in Clovis, CA. read more

Les Schwab ain't all that ! Went in because they said they fix flats. They had some young, inexperienced, kid tell me they can't do it because treads were low. Its a liability. Then tried to sell me knew tires that day. Quite pushy. I buy 2 full sets of tires for my fleet every year. Their price aren't that low. So they wouldn't fix my flat. I went up the road to Americas tires. They fixed the flat and didn't push me to buy new that day. So, I bought 8 new tires 4 months later !! And the prices were slightly better. These guys lost a good buyer by being dumb in my opinion ! read more

I have never written a review before, but after getting my vehicle serviced here, I just have to write one. I have traveled all over the country (by car), and naturally I had to have my vehicle serviced at multiple repair and tire shops. Les Schwab was by far the best experience I have had. Not only were they very proficient, they answered every question I had in a respectful and meaningful manner (you don't get that these days!) This is some of the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. Way to go Les Schwab! I am definitely a returning customer in the future. read more

I had a flat and couldn't get anywhere so I called and their staff was at my apartment in about 20 minutes. I had a spare so they changed my tire for free. He was super friendly and quick. I would highly recommend calling them if you have a flat and have a spare. Since I had a great experience with their free service, I went there to get two new tires and they were quick to switch out my old for new ones. They told me it'll be done in about 30 minutes and it was actually less than that. I'll be coming back and referring friends and family here. read more

Had my wifes car serviced at a dealership and they found a nail in the LR tire but i was told that being part of Penske Auto Group they did not do tire repair. So I stumbled into Les Schwab in Clovis on Clovis Ave. To start with they failed to let me know that I would be waiting almost 2 hours for the repair as it wasnt a drop off. I almost had a heart attack when a tech walked over and climbed inside with black tire dirt all over his clothes and his boots were much much worse. Regardless whether you paid $1000 or $80,000, for your ride, they should respect it by throwing a blanket on the seat and floor mat in the floor pan. It was the same way coming out of the bay. I was surprised that the tire repair was free but the wait and filth inside of an expensive car wasnt worth it. Had to go have it cleaned, esp the floor mats before i took it home. I really think they should treat your property a little better. If it was a work truck, i wouldnt have an issue with it but when its your nice car, cover it up! read more

I brought my Volvo in for new tires and was greeted very politely and professional. I washed my car before bringing it in and explained that I don't have any scratches or dings anywhere except where I rubbed a curb on one of the rims. I had Ryan do a walk around to show the condition of my rims, which are custom stock Volvo rims, with no scratches or dings. I spent $948 on the new tires. When I picked up my car all of the rims were dinged and one rim scratched on the face of the rim. My lug nuts and surrounding holes had dings around them like they used the wrong size socket. I took my car there because I thought they did quality work. The notion that they are professionally trained is debatable. The mood changed once I mention my rims were damaged. When I spoke to the manager, Kevin, he said, "I am not going to debate with you and will pay up to $100 to have it fixed because I want to keep your business". What I got out of that is, we just want your money. He tried to make me feel like it was my fault some how. What ever happened to say, I am sorry, we will take care of it. The repair shop said repairing could leave dry looking spots due to spraying part of the rims and trying to blend it in on alloy rims. I never took his $100. It seems that it is more important to him to make profits. That said, If anyone cares about the rims on their car I would choose a different tire shop. Yah, they are fast. Yah they greet you by your car. Just hope nothing goes wrong. I wont go back. read more

terrible business got four new tires all warranty of 40,000 miles and just past 4,000 miles i had metal showing in 2 of the tires. when i took the car in they tried to sell me more crappy tires lol. said that the warranty was no good because i did not bring it in at exactly 2,000 miles to have them rotate and inspect. buyer beware this business is a scam. wouldn't put these tires on worst enemies car. very poorly made tires read more

I had a blowout last night and did not know what I was going to do, I drove into a parking lot where three young men attempted to help me change the tire. However, neither they nor I had an appropriate jack. Josh from Les Schwab drove in and offered his help. He drove to his uncle's and got a jack that was able to lift the car so he could put the donut on. It needed air, so he had me follow him to his uncle's home so he could add air and check the other tires out. He offered professional advice that could have made a big difference in the outcome. He then threw my old tire into his truck and I went into his place of business this afternoon after work. He then advised me and made a quick change of both rear tires. I had purchased the original tires from American Tire, but I was so impressed with his helpfulness after work hours and a long hard day I'm sure, that it was of little concern to me to return to American Tire for any benefit that might have offered me. I am deeply grateful for his unsolicited assistance and I found that his dedication carried over to his daily job as well. Thank you from me, Josh, and I hope that your company will become aware of the professionalism and strong confidence and recommendation for your company that you bring to the job. My impression was that there really are very nice people willing to put aside their own comfort to assist others with nothing to gain for themselves.
