We had our truck towed to overdrive auto and repair and was a little concerned because I didn't know them or anything about them, but they came recommended by the tow truck company. in the end we couldn't be happier with Craig who went above and beyond across the board to help us get our truck back as fast as possible. In the meantime, we had to rent a car not knowing when we would get the truck back because parts needed to be ordered. The truck broke down on a Thursday and they were able to get the parts ordered on Friday morning even before I got in to pay for the parts in person, then the parts showed up early and they were able to get the job done on Monday and he gave me a call at about 4:20 in the afternoon asked if I wanted to come get your truck? I'll stay open and wait for you and I was about 45 minutes to an hour away when I got the call. in the end the guys did a fantastic job and my truck has never run this good since I've owned it and quite possibly ever since it was on the showroom floor! What truly sets them apart, however, is their honesty and integrity. On several occasions, they have gone above and beyond in ways that many shops simply wouldn't. For example, I recently brought in my Ford Expedition because it wouldn't start. Initially, the issue was misdiagnosed, and an expensive engine procedure was performed. Once they realized the mistake, they immediately informed me and did not charge me for the unnecessary work. My bill dropped from nearly $1,000 to about $264. That level of honesty is rare--they could have easily charged me, and I would never have known. In the end, they correctly fixed the issue, and my car has been running perfectly. Another instance happened a few years ago with a different vehicle. Clovis Auto Shop installed a Jasper rebuilt engine with a 4-year/40,000-mile warranty. Instead of leaving me to deal with it on my own, they advocated on my behalf with Jasper and secured a very favorable deal on a replacement engine. The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well.
