Horrible customer service, tire guy was rude and tried to convince me I didn't know what i was talking about and when i finally showed him I understood my car he accepted and got a worse attitude. Would highly recommend anyone with a nice vehicle to avoid this location! Been bringing my Audi Q7 here last 10 years for a seasonal tire change and never had a problem until today. The rookie who changed my tires today scratched/cut into my rims on all 4 tires in multiple locations, never seen anything like it. Management then had the audacity to flat out deny it and say it wasn't anything to do with them. As the assistant manager put it, "it's your word against mine". Had an appointment for 8 am and asked if they had the special adapter to lift my car and they said "yes". After waiting almost and hour, they finally took my car in and 25 min later a guy comes out and lets me know that they did not have the adapter for my car. They said the would get it later the same day or the next day and that they were going to call me and it never happened read more

June 14, 2024 8:32 am Yesterday we called about getting an alignment and was told to come in at 9am ... 8:32 am, was told it's be 3-4 hours, I asked WHATS THE USE OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEN ? 10:33 am, my Jeep still hasn't been touched!! 11:18am, jeep finally gets touch, goes in the shop !! 1:05pm Jeep is done, paid and got the hell out of there, spend way to much time here, never again will I come here again, why make us make appointments if your going to make us wait hours and never gets touched... You claim people didn't show up to come to work, not my problem, hire more people or ones that has a better work ethic!!! I have stuff to do too... Anyway, just a heads up for those that decide to come here to get some work done on their cars. read more

Love that I can come here for honest work! They do free inspections on brakes, exhaust, free tire repair and even on tires not bought through them. This location in Kent, I got a notice from my Onstar that a tire was low, I had just had another Les Schwab repair this tire the day before (screw in my tire, took out and patched) Took it in at 4:40pm they close at 5:00pm they were super busy and I got out at around 6:20pm, small nail in the tire, took it out and patched it up. I have been going here consistently for the past 4+ yrs. I bring my personally owned vehicle (POV) and my work vehicle here mainly because I trust their work. Doug, the manager and Joe, the tech are my go to guys. I know that if I have them work on my vehicle, it will be done right the first time. I know they're typically a bit more expensive than some of the other tire stores around the area. However, what's more important to me is the quality of service and they will honor their products and their work. Recently had a lift installed on my truck and it looks great. This Les Schwab is Horrible employees singing and gathered in the work area with a lobby filled with customers came in for a simple tire check repair was told wait time would be 1 hour turned into almost 3 other customers came and went while I was still there till closing time 6 'when I had arrived between 3-3:30. Now technician walks over to me with a damaged lug nut that had clearly been stripped by using wrong socket completely rounded off and tells me to replace them that they expand with the cold moisture. read more

It was my Lucky day! It has been awhile since I've been in the office v and today is the day. Unfortunately, when I started my car, my dashboard dings and tells me that I have "low tire pressure". I have to drive all the way down to Seattle and didn't want to chance getting stranded in the middle of the freeway, and causing more traffic. I'm running late as it was and so I decided to stop at the nearest Les Schwab, according to my GPS. I was in a panic as I pulled up to the shop and interrupted this guy, literally underneath a car fixing something. I said, "could you possibly help me with my tires? I'm late for work don't want to be stranded." He asked what was wrong, I told him it was tire pressure. He motioned me to pull my car in closer to the shop and without hesitation, put air on all 4 tires. Then he says, "you're set!". Didn't ask for a dime! I called and spoke to David if they can check my car due to tire pressure warning. He told me just come in and we will check it for you. I came and they told me that there's nail on one of my tire, yes nail on my 5 day old Tesla Model Y. I was so sad but he said we can fix it for you. I waited for 20-30mins and voila problem fix and they didnt charge me . I had the best customer service experience, the team are awesome. Thank you again. read more

My tire picked up a nail and the tire pressure immediately began dropping. Pulled into Les Schwab without and appointment. Dave got us in pretty fast. Lonnie did great work patching it. I worked with Levi and Joe to solve a few issues with my Toyota FJ Cruiser, both guys were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I needed some unforeseen repairs done and Joe worked hard to find the parts and complete the repair quickly and correctly. Tire shops & mechanics aren't always honest, these guys were the real deal. Wow, Les Schwab is awesome! Hated to do it, but we came in a few minutes before closing time because we had to jump our car and rush in for a new battery. They were very professional and took care of us right away and didn't even give us the stink eye! We've come in for tires and brakes before, now we can add batteries to the list. He can take his truck for anything and not 15 minutes down the road I get calls from him saying his water pump went out, his timing belt "slipped off". Paid 650.00 for new tires here 6 months ago, got a flat 2 miles away, lady said they can't help me get there and I should call a tow. Great start, right? I get there and there's 6 employees working 2 customers and the 6 employees are right in the little fish bowl window chatting and laughing cause one guy put a rubber plug on the tire spinner and told the other to sit on it... Anyhow, after 45 minutes they finish with the jokes and general socializing to get my tire looked at. 6 months old, 66 month warranty and the guy wants to charge me 110.00 to replace it saying there's only 5mm tread remaining. I asked to be shown my tire and new and if I could use their tread gauge, my skills with the gauge must be unique cause I kept getting 7mm on mine and 9 on new. After arguing about what a warranty means he came back and said he'd give me credit for 7mm and charged me 70 bucks. He was a nice guy, but his policy and merchandise leaves a lot to be desired. Was he trying to scam me or did he really measure wrong? Where's the hustle and honesty you guys film your commercials around? I knew I should have had it towed to Costco 6 months ago, but this place was close, lesson learned, warning issued to readers. read more

I only bring my truck here. I have an older 2008 4x4 truck with old issues lol. Over the past 3-4 years They have replaced my wheels, tires, brakes, ball joints, front Axles, several alignments, and I'm sure I forgot something. I've always got terrific service, awesome Warranty's they have done things for free for me because it was still under warranty. I was in port angles one day stopped in just before closing, they stayed late to fix it to get me back on the road. I love the fact that there is a Les Schwab pretty much everywhere. My daughter took her car in because of a road noise. My husband believed it was coming from the passenger tire. After they had looked at the car they told us the tires looked fine and the noise was coming from the engine , probably a broken head gasket. We took the car to a local mechanic. After they had lifted the car, they noticed that the front passenger tire was wobbly and they could easily remove the tire. The wheel barring was shot. They told me that the tire could have easily come off while driving. I called Les Schwab to let them know of their negligence. read more

I went there for a tire rotation something that takes ten minutes. I asked how long and they said an hour and I decided to wait. BIG MISTAKE!! That hour turn into 2. Even after I kept going back to them they put my car on the rack and they said that they would do it right now and nobody touched it for 20 min. That place it's a no no. read more

Made an appointment one week in advance for a break change was initially told it would take one, two hours the most. I arrive 15 min early, and the guy at the counter tells me it will take the rest of the day, and 3 hours minimum. I explained to him that is not what I was told, the guy acted like he could care less. I have kids to pick up and my time and schedule is very tight. Just left- it seems like every time I come here they find some bigger issue and try to up sell me. I went in to have a wheel (rim) replaced, they found that the tire was also in bad shape. I bit the bullet and just went with their word and price on the tire. They also happened to discover that my brake pads were very low. They wrote up a quote that was $460 to get the brakes done...insane! I immediately called a dealership and they gave me a quote over the phone for average cost of brakes at $340 including tax, I have an appointment scheduled for Saturday. Avoid this place if you are in a crunch for time and money. They will try to overcharge you and you will end up spending hours here, no matter how long they tell you the wait time is. read more

You'd think going early in the morning would get you in and out, but this is about the time everyone else goes in. The wait was over an hour. The place is dingy, but does anyone really go into a tire shop expecting a Nordstroms atmosphere? The customer service is great. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say I can compare the tire prices to competitors since usually when I'm buying a tire it's under desperate times due to a blow out or something. My only complaint is every time I have to take my car in for either new tires or a rotation they never balance my tires properly. My wheels always shake after and I end up having to take it to the dealer to have the tires balanced. Positive (more for me than anyone else): it's only two blocks from my house so when my tire blew, I didn't have to go far. read more

Scheduled an appointment to purchase and mount a spare tire. Preselected tire and price so should have been quick and easy. Appointment was for 10am, dropped it off at 9:30am. One other customer in the shop at the time. Returned at 11:15am and they had not yet started on my spare. Two cars being worked on in the bays. Finally, an associate started work on my tire. Stopped work to assist another customer and proceeded to have a lengthy discussion in the parking lot while I waited and stewed. Tire was ready at 11:50. Disappointing customer service experience based on prior visits. Will consider other options next time. read more

Very sad when a long term, reputable company is in a downward spiral. I have been buying tires from Les Schwab for 20 years now. I looked past the checkered reviews I have been seeing for many of their locations until now. After my visit this week I have no choice but to go somewhere else. I took my car in for a tire rotation. When I returned they said they would not recommend rotation because the front tires were showing too much wear. When I asked about the warranty that came with my tires they said they had no record of me having them rotated so they would not honor the warranty. I told him that I had been bringing my car in for rotation when getting a lube,oil and filter (Which they suggested when I bought them) but he just shrugged his shoulders. Too bad because getting everything done at once was so convenient. After leaving without new tires I didn't have to look long for proof of a previous rotation with L,O,F. I hadn't even put it in the glove box, it was in the passenger side door pocket. I knew I wasn't crazy. These were 45,000 mile tires that I have gotten 25,000 out of. BTW, car drives straight as an arrow. I'll be going to Discount Tire this week. They have pretty good reviews and I have heard good things from friends. read more

These guys were great and it was all free! It was the first time where I had nails in my tires (two in the rear right and one in the rear left) and these guys took them out for free. It's been about 3 months, no issues since. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. I lived nearby and was in no hurry so I went to run some errands. They finished in about 2 hours but I was running late and they were about to close, so they offered to just park my car in their outside lot and would just leave my keys in the glove box (I had my spare keys). read more
