Before bringing my car in, I called and explained that I was confident the issue was the trunk latch. I asked about pricing and whether they had the latch in stock. I was told the first step would be to bring the car in so they could see if that was the problem. Once there, a mechanic tried slamming the trunk shut but it still wouldn't close. I was then told they needed to diagnose the issue for $140.00 to 170.00 At that point, I agreed because it sounded like they thought it might be something other than the trunk latch. Instead, I was charged $269 for a diagnostic, only to be told exactly what I already knew that the trunk latch was the problem. I don't understand why I was charged such a high diagnostic fee when I clearly explained the issue from the start. To make matters worse, I was quoted close to $800 to replace the trunk latch. For reference, the same latch for a 2016 Chevy Malibu LT 2.0 costs under $200 online. Between the excessive diagnostic fee and the inflated repair quote, I chose to walk away after paying the $269. They also claimed my battery was going bad, even though it was replaced just 7 months ago. Then today, I received a voicemail asking if I wanted to schedule work not just for the trunk latch and battery, but now spark plugs and struts issues that were never mentioned before. It honestly feels like they kept adding problems out of nowhere. I've had good experiences with them in the past, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be bringing my car here again

But rightly so, considering no other options were open in the area. Even though it was busy, they greeted everyone and addressed their issues. We did have a short wait but considering the amount of people, I didn't feel like we had an extended wait time. He didn't even ask me to get my out my car when he changed my tire. He just popped me right on up. I was like okay then! Definitely recommend if you need a fix! They were friendly and able to assist!

I paid for the balancing and TPMS installation. Several times I asked if everything was okay with my wheels and tires, and I was told everything was good. I drove away and the vibration was still there exactly the same. The next day, I went to another tire shop -- and they literally laughed and asked if no one had mentioned the obvious problem: my rear wheel was badly bent. This is something that is clearly visible during balancing. They told me there is no way the technician here didn't see it -- they just chose not to mention it because there was a line of customers waiting. As a result, I had to pay again to replace the wheel and the tire. Only after that did the vibration finally go away. Additionally, the inside tread on my tire was completely bald -- and again, nobody here said a single word. They just mounted it and told me everything was "good" and asked me to pay. Very dishonest service and a complete lack of care for the customer's safety. Absolutely would not recommend.

Pulling my trailer in, I was initially skeptical about pulling into a lot with such constricted space so I opted to pull onto the sidewalk next to the building. Upon exiting my vehicle I was approached by whom I'm assuming was a manager. I explained that I was there for a free pre trip inspection and he began by telling me my tires on my trailer expired in 2011 which is very good to know...not so much for the dude who just sold me the trailer 2 days ago. Then he said he'd spot me around the corner of their building, I said I was fine but he insisted on assisting anyway. As I'm trying to proceed forward and to the left, I see him in the corner of my eye and he appears to be waving me to the right so I turn right, I hear a loud crash. The awning on my trailer broke their corner window. I got out of my truck to assess the damages and determined that I'd be able to dislodge by pulling straight back then pull further forward and slightly to the right until the trailer was clear of the building. I explained this to the manager as I was walking back to my truck. As I was getting in, my service dog is barking and growling frantically at the manager who was immediately behind me (I kinda wish he would've bit him ‍) I sat and began to reposition and this dickhead reached into my personal space, into my personal vehicle and snatched my car keys out of my ignition. Now my key fob will not arm/lock my vehicle...thanks dickhead! The police were called, I spoke with them, we reviewed my options and the dickhe...I mean manager insisted on calling a tow company instead of using his tire shop know how to resolve the problem. I apologized and explained that I had no ready funds available for a tow truck. After wasting the tow truck driver's time he finally went and got a floor jack and decided to be a part of the solution instead of trying to perpetuate the problem. I get it, I made a mistake, caused a pane glass window to break, I deeply apologize and I am accountable. Then you deliberately, forcibly and willfully violate my personal space and property and steal my car key! Me being black and disabled gives you NO RIGHT to violate my personal space or civil rights? I didn't fight his dumbass, I remained completely cognisant throughout the entire episode. The "manager's" lame ass excuse that I was going to get free and take off was absofreakinlutely pathetic to say the absolute least!! I did give the tow truck driver $100 for having wasted his time; it's the least I could do! I WILL BE SEEKING DAMAGES! P.S. Even though I'm only a 1st degree black belt in taekwondo, I had every f*cking right to protect myself and WHOOP your preppy little punk ass!! You're paid to be professional and you shit the bed Jr. Even the Renton police officer said you overstepped!

We are currently traveling in our RV from Florida to Alaska, and before reaching Washington we had a very bad experience with a tire shop in Florida that damaged several valve stems during tire installation. Because of that, we wanted everything inspected carefully before continuing such a long trip through Canada and Alaska. Neemyah took the time to thoroughly inspect the tires, check the valve stems, verify the condition of everything, and repair the damaged stems properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cared about doing the job correctly and safely. After the problems we experienced at the previous shop, it was a huge relief to finally have someone inspect the RV properly and give us confidence that we could continue our trip safely. Really appreciate Neemyah and the entire Les Schwab team for taking care of us. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended, especially if you are traveling in an RV and want the job done right.

I was told they can see what can be done by setting up an appointment. I come in for my appointment with specifications on camber, caster, and toe. I even had a printout of the specs I need dialed in. The service representative checked me in for my appointment and took my sheet of alignment specs. Right as I was leaving the door the service tech abruptly comes back from the shop telling it is their policy that they are not allowed to go beyond manufacturers specifications. I told the service tech that other Firestones in the Seattle area were able to accommodate alternative specs in the past. He stated that the other shops bent their policy rules. I personally have never heard of this. My aftermarket control arms have built in additional caster unlike factory arms. I believe the alignment tech was being lazy and did not want to spend much time to dial in specific alignment numbers. My current alignment was already in factory specifications but I needed further adjustment for more caster. I drove from downtown Seattle (where I live) to this Renton Firestone for this specific appointment. Whoever set me up initially for the appointment should have been more transparent that they cannot go beyond factory specs even with aftermarket parts that allows so. I paid for lifetime alignments with Firestone. After this experience I will rather pay independent alignment shops each time who can work with their clientele.
