Fantastic service, very thankful for these guys. My husband is out of town and my son's car got a nail in the tire, my friend came and pumped it with air and tested it and told me to drive to the nearest Les Schwab and not to delay. So there I went and the wait was reasonable at least initially. I did have to wait an hour and 40 minutes for my car to be seen, but they did a fantastic job fixing the nail issue in the tire and patched the tire and it worked great and they did not charge me anything. The attendant was very gracious and kind. Had a nice smile and told me I owed him nothing when I asked. I would say this was excellent service and I am grateful that they are so close to us. read more

I took my Airstream trailer in on 4/16/26 to replace the four tires. I waited in the car so I could show the employee who met me how the trailer needs to be jacked up from the rear, then and got on my hands and knees to show him the designated plate. I then went for a short walk. When I returned they had jacked the trailer up by the frame between the two wheels on one side, completely ignoring my instructions. Here is the reason it requires lift from the rear from Airstream: "Jacking up an Airstream trailer from the rear is essential for stability and safety. This practice is primarily due to the design and weight distribution of the trailer, which can affect how it lifts and balances when elevated. Airstream trailers have a unique shape and weight distribution, with more weight often located towards the rear. Jacking from the rear helps maintain balance and prevents tipping. First time I time I took my van in to get an alignment at les schwab the vehicle drive fine for a few months. Shortly after the steering was out of control and I could not drive through water. Took the vehicle in the shop that I usually go to and they replaced a steering rack and found the reason my horn stopped working because the spiral cord was broken. My tires were extremely worn on the outside. I have them rotated every oil change and switch from all season to winter twicw a year. The next time I took my van in for alignment at les schwab. I explained to Daniel my concerns with the last alignment and he assured me there is no possible way the spiral cord would have been touched during the last aligment and they are not at fault for the last bad aligment. He then proceeded to tell me how I should not listen to my mechanics and he would never recommend anyone going there. He assured me the aligment specialist has 20 plus years experience and does a great job. After that aligment I drive off the lot and my car pulled hard right. It was far from being straight. Took it back the next day and spoke to Karl the aligment specialist and he told me all the dame things about my concerns and there is no way he did an awful job multiple times. He said he would fix the aligment and have me in my way. It took over an hour (which means he actually aligned it right this time). Now it drives straight. Im taking the van to another shop to check the aligment again to make sure they didnt screw it up again. Never going back! read more

I waited here for about 6 hours the other day for them to put a new tire on my truck and move the replaced tire to the spare. They could not do this due to rim size differences. They only had one rim size in stock on site and it was of course outrageously priced. They did not come to me while I was waiting in the office right next to the office counter to tell me about the tire differences. I didn't see until they said the truck was done. They should've told me before giving me my keys. I shouldn't need a phone as communication when I'm right in front of them. So they just threw the extra tire in my bed. That's fine. Well they ended up having to grab a tire from lake stevens, I'm not really initially dissapointed by this location but by lake stevens for grabbing the wrong load index off the shelf. They grabbed the 113load tire for SUVs and commuter cars when my truck has the 118/121s load rating, which makes them towing tires. If I had not checked before leaving then I would have driven on this tire until figuring what was done wrongly workmanship wise. I then asked the manager Daniel if he could give me a discount of some kind for a rim so I could leave today fully done and having to come back again, because I was going to be there all day for a tire and due to inconvenience. Make note that I was the literally there at 930 and left at 2pm. He says he can give me $20 off a rim. What a joke of an answer. This sounds like a money grab to me when you do not have decently priced good products for customers. I came in for a hole in the tire of my tread. I thought it was compromising the integrity of these open range tires so I wanted to use that one as a spare and replace it with the exact same. I am uneasy that the snohomish shop did not verify that this was indeed the correct tire size after going through all the hoops of having to pick it up at another store and hand it to different people multiple times. No one gave the attention or care. I have had issues in the past with things not getting done correctly at lake stevens. Like not installing cam bolts with new upper control arms. This ended up destroying my suspension and tires. This location has a bunch of younger men working in the garage area, I get the job requires a ton do heavy lifting, but they were also blasting loud distracting music. There was actually an incident at the tire shop with Nick where he was trying to put a huge tire back on the rack and he dropped it right over my head. If I was not strong and fast with my arms grabbing it, then it would've hit me right in the face. Imagine an older gentlemen being in the same situation not catching it. I will buy a rim separate and have the tire mounted onto that at a different location. Bought the 4 tires about a year ago and the tread has gone down 3/32 on the fronts and 2/32 on the rears. Here's a pic of the hole in my tire. As for the les Schwab locations here and lake stevens. I would steer clear unless you have simple requests like wind shield wipers are tire inflations. At lease they can do that without issues. read more

Brought my car in 5 minutes before closing after calling them and asking if I could bring my car in to get a new battery. My car died at the Fred Meyer gas station pump and I was waiting for someone to show up to give me a jump. The woman on the phone said I could bring it in and they would help me. I finally got the jump and was able to make it there with 5 minutes to spare. When I arrived, some guy told me "sorry, we are closing in 5 minutes, we can't help you, you can leave it here in the lot overnight and we can help you in the morning." After talking and getting confirmation from another employee on the phone saying you all could help me, I was shocked and out of options. I was forced to then to call a tow, as it turns out I not only had a dead battery but also a bad alternator. If you all would have taken 10 minutes to sell me and help install a new battery, i could have probably made it home without needing a tow. You had 5 minutes before the store closed. I am also not going to leave my car parked there overnight when I can't even properly lock my doors since I cannot manually lock the hatch. I will never be back to this location. read more

Have been coming to Snohomish Les Schwab for over 20 years. Excellent service. They are popular so get swamped sometimes, but they are always working all bays ferociously during those moments. They really do try their best in all situations. Saved our neck many a time. We needed a tire mounted and brought our own valve stem which was oem for the tire. They charged us $9 for a new valve stem and we pointed it out. They took that charge off and replaced it with a $19 install charge instead..... what???? That was NOT in the original quote. Such bad customer service! I have lived here in Snohomish for 18 years. Today I went to get my tires rotated. I showed up at 11 a.m. was told it'd be 2 hours, they asked if I wanted to hangout or come back. I said I'd be back. I returned at 12:30 p.m. waited an hour, nothing... I asked how much longer they said a half hour or so. I walked up to the coffee stand got a cup of coffee. At 2:34 p.m. they called letting me know my van was ready. I was a little ticked off watching drive ups being serviced prior to me and leaving prior to me. If it's first come first served, then don't tell me a time and not honor it! This should've taken ten minutes to rotate the friggin' tires! Worse time management ever!!! Sixteen years ago I took a wheelbarrow tire to the Snohomish Les Schwab for repair. I was impressed with the quick service, quality and the fact that there was no charge. I've been a Schwab customer ever since. I've purchased at least three sets of tires, two sets of shock absorbers, several sets of tire chains as well as suspension parts and repairs and have been pleased with the service to the extent that I've spread the word. That is how Les Schwab built their excellent reputation; word-of-mouth. Now, they are doing extensive advertising on television, bragging about their great service but I find the quality of their service has dropped immensely. The one advertising claim the TV ads keep touting is "Thanks for checking my brakes!"........... Hah! I just had four summer tires removed from my car and four new winter tires installed in their place. I did not purchase these tires from Les Schwab as they do not carry the tire that I wanted so I expected to pay a little more for the installation. I was shocked that it ended up costing $222.57 to mount and balance four tires. What really got to me was they did not check my brakes when the wheels were removed and inform me of remaining wear percentages. So much for their bogus television advertising. I can no longer recommend Snohomish Les Schwab. read more

I feel like having a great experience at Les Schwab is a staple of life in the Pacific Northwest and this Snohomish location does not disappoint. Though having tire issues is never fun, it's truly relieving to know what to expect once you roll into the parking lot. This store is under new management and the service from start to finish was high touch, thorough and fast. I had a flat tire which did some additional damage to my wheel. My new tire had to be ordered and was delivered next day. Prices are always great AND when I arrived on day #2 to get my wheel put on, I was recognized with my mask on and they knew what I was here for. That was extra impressive. Next time I have an issue, I will go out of my way if I can, to come to this location. read more

Very wonderful to work with. Covid hit our family hard but this location worked with me with my late payments. They have always been kind, up beat, and seemed to genuinely understand I was simply struggling not attempting to not pay. Dishonest people. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. Be careful here. They tried to steal about $6000 worth of specialty tires and custom wheels when we got them replaced with a new set for winter. The woman working the counter said that they would be happy to get rid of the old tires/wheels for us (as if it were some kind of courtesy!). Well, after that, they still did not load them in the car and we had to remind them to hand over our tires/wheels! Reluctantly the teenage wanna-be thief rolled them out and loaded them in the car. They kept the lug nuts and specialty key, so we have to retrieve that now. Also, one of the brand new wheels they installed was damaged during installation. Instead of taking it off and putting another new one, they offered to fix it at no additional charge next week. It was obvious by the way they addressed the woman I was with that they were trying to fool her into making the mistake of handing over the expensive wheel/tire set (it seemed to me because it was because she's female). She's no dummy, so she didn't allow it to happen. I watched the whole thing go down and was pretty surprised by how brash they were in their attempt to steal from us. read more

Run for your life! Seriously! This Les Schwab replaced the wrong tire. They replaced a tire that was in just fine shape and managed to leave the tire that was separating on my car. How does this happen??!? 1) The lady at the front counter was too busy to listen to all my tire whoas and instead cut me off and asked for my keys. She then must have relayed mis-information to the guy working on my car. 2) The guy working on my car apparently didn't realize that I had a tire that was down to the straps and about to burst. He replaced what the lady who doesn't listen told him to. 3) The guy who pulled my car up didn't notice the rediculous wobbling. 4) I drove off because I was late for work and I thought it was wobbling because I had a new tire. A day later I realized that indeed they had replaced a perfectly good tire and left the one that was about to implode on there so I could chance my life. While I think that Les Schwab is kind of scammy and overpriced they really uphold an incredible customer service model, the Snohomish store doesn't. Nobody ran out to my car, even the girl that stopped to talk to me seemed inconvenienced I WILL be going to corporate to discuss the lack of concern for my safety. It used to be that less Schwab could be counted on to provide prompt friendly service. I guess I should've checked to see how bad the reviews had gotten before trying to get a tire repaired. Called ahead to see what the wait was I was told 45 minutes, was at the location within five minutes and then sat there for over an hour and 25 minutes and still my car had not been taken into the bay to simply get a flat repaired. Meanwhile I am pretty sure people who came in after me were getting work done. Ended up leaving not knowing how much longer it might take. Of course when I asked for my key I was told I was going to be "next". Looked like all the techs had just started other jobs, so ANOTHER 45 min or more to even start. If it is going to be over two hours, be honest and tell people that when they ask. What else do they lie about? Absolute waste of time I guess I'll just stick with Discount Tire store. *UPDATE* I went to Smokey Point Discount Tire 11/18. It was a busy Sat morning, and I was quoted an hour wait. Vehicle was done in 50 minutes. If you've notice the decay of Les Schwab, give Discount Tire a chance-they have earned my business. read more

For the last 20+ years I've always had great service when I buy tires, but I was double surprised when I brought my new car in to have my tires rotated and they would charge me. I was surprised because they were not their tires and when I asked are you sure the Beautiful lady behind the counter said well when you need new tires you'll be back to get them from us? I needed a new spare tire and wheel for my new utility trailer. While the purchase and pick-up process was quick and professional, the wheel I received is scratched up and shows some minor rust. Might have happened during the tire installation, but it definitely no longer looks new. It's not enough to affect the function of the wheel/tire combo, so I'm not bringing it back, but the Howler Monkeys that mounted that tire need adult supervision. read more

Absolutely great service from Marco. This review is for him! I was going to start a big home improvement project on Saturday and pulled my utility trailer out for the first time in months. When I stopped for gas I noticed that one of the tires was way low, so I limped it over to Les Schwab for some help. The first guy that came over to check it quickly diagnosed the problem, a busted valve stem. I asked him how long it would take to fix. He told me probably 3 hours because they were busy. I was bummed because my working hours were ticking away in front of me. We started to arrange where I could leave my trailer when that first employee mentioned the situation to Marco. Marco's can do and helpful attitude was immediately visible. He told me not to bother moving my trailer to a parking spot. He rolled his jack over and got to work. No hemming and hawing about being busy, just a doer! He had me fixed up and back on the road in minutes. He saved my Saturday and I can't thank him enough. He wouldn't even accept a tip when I tried.
