He had it for nearly 2 hours before calling me to tell me he couldn't do anything to adjust the brakes unless he tore the whole thing open, which would've cost me $1400. I told him I'd look elsewhere. They held onto my car for nearly another hour to just put the tire back on! When I got there, they said they cleaned the drums and pads and everything, which I didn't ask them to, and then he charged me for that work. Dude's shop is a scam. I took it elsewhere and they took 25 min, didn't have to take anything off the car, and it works like a charm now.

We were unable to pick it up until Monday morning, which was not a problem. My son and I popped in and I was walked through all that was repaired.
