I have honestly never had a truly bad experience at our local Les Schwab until today. There's been times I wasn't completely pleased but nothing like today. I was given the absolute worst customer service and attitude by the counter lady with the dark hair. She came in and obviously didn't leave her personal issues at the door. She was rude to coworkers in front of customers and rude to customers. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Better to go and support other local tire shops who are actually pleasant to do business with. read more

I think this must be my 4th 5 star review for Les Schwab - every store has the same high level of customer service it seems, and I was happy to see that my new local store (we just moved here) is too. Had the unhappy experience of getting two flat tires at once thanks to some asshat dumping a wood pallet on the highway. I brought the two tires to the store, they located my name using my phone number, insisted on having someone come out and unload the tires, and due to work volumes they said they'd call later when work complete. As promised, they did, and again insisted on having someone load the tires back into my truck for me, and NO CHARGE since I was a customer. This store looks extremely busy, all bays fully occupied and lots of techs. Friendly service! Will definitely continue using Les Schwab for my tire needs. read more

I was told by my mechanic I needed new tires. I don't need them for another year. They rotated my tires and recommended new brakes but did not try to sell me new tires. Awesome. read more

The receptionist is curt and dismissive. She said my tire wasn't fixable before asking a tech. Then he thought he could fix it and she wanted to argue with him. It was over an hour and other cars were being brought in before working on our tire. I finally had to grab a guy in the bay and complain. Have been an exclusive customer of Les Schwab since 1977, 95% at Warrenton Oregon shop. Never again! Went in for inspection and tire rotation. He Started and finished my car then left it and me sitting for 45 minutes while he went to another brake job! Then he spent another 30 minutes drawing up a quote for new brakes. Last time was only time I got just a rotation and they told us the time before they said I was good to go for thousands more miles. Well, it's not squeaking but they say I need the works. Never been treated so poorly at Les Schwab. Won't be back ever again. Nothing good to say about current management! read more

I have been going to les Schwab for almost 40 years and they use to be my go to place and would always give a good word but that has all changed. Went in Friday for a back drivers side tire that appeared to have nail or something in it. Arrived to les scwab and my husband was told that they would not fix back tire with leak until we replaced from 2 tires . We'll didn't make sense to me but ok so I said let's do it how soon can we get them on . I was told by lady on phone it would be this next Friday well let's order them and you will fix tire right ? She said yes when you get tires in 7 more days. Well not knowing what to do my husband brought car home. Saturday morning tire was flat and read 11 pts or whatever those initials are . So I panicked for a second and called my brother in law who worked at les scwab for 25 years in Washington and he said heck no none of that is right . They should not of had us leave with bad tire and mind you it's a les scwab tire , and they were doing a bad upsale as the front tires have nothing to do with fixing back and he said take somewhere else. So we did and dels ok tire not only stayed after business hours fo fix our tire they said our front tires were still good to get us through the summer but before winter we need to get some . The only reason we needed them done already is we hadn't rotated like we should of . They were so nice and didn't try to sell us anything even though I said we would buy tires initially and had we really needed them they keep in stock and wouldn't of been a wait and that we should not of left les schwab without a loaner tire or tire fixed especially since I agreed to buy the tires we didn't need. Dels ok tire has made customers for life over a 25.00 tire fix and their honesty . Thank you so much and shame on you les schwab. read more

Made an appointment, very efficient. Office staff fantastic. Workmanship 5 stars. I drive a 2003 Ford F-250 . I originally came in to buy heavy duty snow chains. And they had them in stock. Yay! Good price. Made an appointment for a front end alignment. Did a fantastic job. Summer pot holes threw the front end way out of alignment. Great now. Great price. And wait was pleasantly comfortable. Yesterday I went to lushwab because I heard A sound coming from the passenger side of my vehicle thought. Maybe it was a nail stuck in my tire got it to les schwab Told the guy what was going on So he pulled it into the shop about 10 minutes later. He pulled it back out says he can't find anything wrong with the tires. OK I get back in my car and I leave. I want to buy my evening pulling to get gas before I get home. The gas attendant said my tire was almost flat on the Passenger's rear side. So I looked around rubbed my hand along the tire found A big Nail sticking out of the top of the tire. If I could give these guys more stars, I absolutely would! I had just bought a new set of tires from another Les Schwab about a month ago and then hit a large rock last night, destroying one tire and severely damaging another. The Warrenton Les Schwab did not have my tires in stock to replace, and they were not expecting another shipment of them for at least a week. But the Longview branch had them in stock so they sent someone to drive 60 miles each way to pick up my tires and bring them back. They also fitted me with a temporary tire so that I could go elsewhere while I waited. The best part of this was that they gave me the replacement tires at no additional cost to me, because I had just purchased my tires from Les Schwab. So they went to all this work AT NO PROFIT TO THEMSELVES! They simply wanted to honor their warrantee promises. Russel was the man that helped us out and he went above and beyond everything we expected! I was already a loyal Les Schwab customer, be he absolutely sealed it for me! I think I would be dead without Les Schwab. I mean that very literally. These guys are so nice, so reliable, they feel like my family members or a big brother. I trust these people with my life at the Warrenton Oregon Les Schwab. They consistently, regularly go well out of their way to make sure that I am safe wherever I go. They do not charge me every time, in fact, most of the time they are just happy to make sure I'm safe. I can see the genuine concern in their eyes. I hit a lot of curbs by accident because I have bad depth perception. Constantly, I am bumping into medians etc.. If there is a curb, I will likely plow into it at 50 miles an hour once a week or so. They have never made me feel shamed for it. One time I came in for low tire pressure and I always ask them to inflate my tires because I'm irrationally scared the tires are gonna blow up in my face and blind me. I know that's dumb. Anyways, they told me they saw cords in the tires. I believe that is a quite alarming issue, but still no shame, only care. although I do not know what it means, I trust Les Schwab literally with my life. I am so grateful they argued with my dumb a$$ they couldn't put one new tire on because I have AWD. but they didn't have to care like that. They do though! They spent so much time just caring about me and my safety. I've been going to less Schwab's since my 22 year olds was three? And I will never ever ever rely on anybody else the way that I rely on Les Schwab. I love you guys so much thank you!. You are amazing like brothers I never had. and Although the Warrenton Les Schwab is my favorite honestly almost all are great. from Crescent city to Seattle to Warrenton, Portland and Minnesota, Les Schwab, you've got my business and my kids business forever. I love Dels OK tire also, but you guys are like family with your compassionate help and generosity. I would love it to attend a class where you would teach me about my tires, then I'd probably bother you less. My own husband could not help me like you do, and he said he was a mechanic. He lied. When I told them I had a leak and that I was traveling they didn't question or mention that they were closing. They encouraged me to have a seat and they began working on my tire. On our way to the Portland airport this morning and had a blowout. The tire was ruined. We were blessed to be less than a mile from Les Schwab in Warrenton so we limped her in. They were packed. I explained our time predicament to Robby at the front desk. They took our car immediately to the only open bay. Our car is all-wheel drive. When you lose a tire you have to replace all four. We knew that when we bought the car. They gave us a great price on the tires, put 3 guys to work on the car, and had us road ready in 35 minutes! Made the flight....vacation saved! This was my first time ever visiting a Les Schwab. My tire went flat on my drive to Astoria, and I panicked. A couple of very nice strangers helped me put the spare on my car, and I was able to make it to Les Schwab.I wasn't sure if I could get a patch on my tire, or if it would have to be replaced. One of the employees took my keys and went to see what the problem was. They also told me their lobby was pet friendly, so I took my pup inside We had popcorn and water while we waited. Less than 15 minutes later, they told me that they were able to patch my tire. They also told me that they noticed a previous patch on that same tire that was patched poorly. So they went ahead and repatched that spot. And then they checked my other tired to make sure they were all good They are angels . And all of this was done at no charge! When it's time to buy new tires, I will absolutely be returning to Les Schwab!!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE: WARRENTON LES SCHWAB I hate to bash a business in Warrenton but sometimes I think it's important to share with people how others run their business. I have heard for over 2 years how Warrenton les Schwab is going down hill. I guess I never wanted to believe it. I have been doing business with them since high school. It finally caught up with me. Pretty simple I asked to have a brake inspection performed in which they could not complete due to removing a specialized nut. So Jake McCall told be he would have to make sure he could get all the parts before committing to the job. I asked him to please call me before ordering the parts. After not hearing from him. I had the job done by extreme automotive, which Eric williamson did an outstanding job also the price was half of what les schwab quoted me. Then I get the call from Jake to come in and get my brakes done. I told him that I already had them done. Which he then said, what am I suppose to do with all of these parts? I said I never authorized the purchased. He told me that there is a law in Oregon that doesn't require a customers authorization and I would have to pay restocking fees. A month later I received an unknown charge on my invoice. I called to see what it was. It was a restocking fee that no one was willing to discuss with me due to Jake McCall being out of town for a few days. Oh well, I guess Jake McCall thought it was more important to get his $30.80 for freight he ordered without my authorization then to do what ever it takes to earn my business. I had a flat tire late at night on hwy 26, took the tire to a local shop. I was in a bind having to get to OHSU ICU so I used a can of fix a flat to get us there which didn't work. It sprayed completely out, put the spare on and the local shop said since I had used fix a flat it would be dangerous to repair so he left us hanging. I drove on the spare and the next day took it to Lea Schwab and they were more than willing to help us and said they definitely could fix the tire with the possibility of the tire sensor not working. They fixed the tire quickly and in fact didn't charge us. They were so helpful and polite! read more

I took my 2016 Lincoln SUV to Warrenton Les Schwab today. The tire warning signal came on and although none of the tires looked low, I wanted them to be inspected. It was about an 1 1/2 hour wait be be seen. They did find a nail in the front right tire. In the past, when I've picked up a nail, they repaired it. Today, the employee started in that I needed new tires. He then said he would not fix it, I had to buy new tires. I left Les Schwab and drove to another local tire company. They repaired my tire. I've heard that Les Schwab is the best for tires and work but being from San Diego they are not an option for me. While camping at Fort Stevens we woke up to an almost flat tire. A fellow camper loaned me his air pump and we made it to this location. They fixed it right away and the part that surprised me was no charge. This store had the best customer service, knowledgeable staff and fast service. Traveling through we had problems with the dual wheels on our rv. We came on at about noon. About an hour layer they called and said we needed 2 new rims. We gave the ok and they sent someone an hour away to get our rims . They had the vehicle back to is by 6 pm. I've only been here twice when I lived in the area. They fixed my tires as they had nails in them the two times that I went. I had the same guy both times which could have been my problem fixing my car. Customer service at the counter was good, but the guy was a bit on the dumb and cocky side. He cracked my hub cap which has now fallen off and my alarm doesn't work. Instead of turning off my alarm he set it off and started the car. When he shut the car off the alarm sounded. I had three guys staring at the car and doing nothing about it. One guy just looked at me and said "we just popped the hood and didn't touch it" No one offered to help or suggest a solution, but basically had me leaving with a broken alarm. If push comes to shove I'd go back to fix whatever to get back home, but wouldn't recommend this place. read more
