Be forewarned - customer service is non-existant. Also, they commit to completing the certification with the town - but years later I came to find out they didn't do that either. They secured a builders permit, but the last step in the process for a CO is a final inspection - they never took care of that. What would have cost $100 at the time winds up costing over $1000 when you find out it wasn't done and you need to take care of it before selling your house.
