Mind you this was before 9 o'clock in the morning. When she asked how she could move it if it wasn't operating, his response was to put the car in neutral and push it. This so-called human has no idea what my daughter's physical health is, nor does he care! If that is the kind of so-called human, he is then perhaps you should think twice before doing Business with him.

Got home put it in the pool that same afternoon the rubber bands came off. went back to chemex for a second time. The guy said that something internally was cracked In the main frame another $350. picked it up everything was fine. Put it in the pool and the entire cover from the main frame that he replaced came off inside the pool. picked up the cover and bring it back for a third time. they didn't charge me. brought it to my house again after an hour of using it the same rubber tracking bands came off and now I'm back there for the fourth time. It's my understanding that Billy the technician doesn't work directly for the organization and is overwhelmed with many service calls. Seems to have a lot on his plate. To many customers waiting in line for repairs and only one tech to handle all of them. I'm going on my third or fourth week without having my pool, but regardless of that I'm getting the impression that this company is not the right company for maintenance on these robotic cleaners. In over two years and they never reached out once just to check in. A period phone call asking if everything is ok, any problems or issues would be great. A few weeks later a crew came over to measure the pool. About 2 weeks later the pool cover arrived with the crew in tow. The application of the pool cover was relatively seamless until the end when one of the members of the crew urinated by our pool house prior to leaving then I observed him "rinsing" his hands in the pool. I immediately called him out on it and he looked embarrassed I put the money I was about to hand to them back in my wallet and called the company. When I called the company to let them know what happened the representative Eric just said "sorry about that" and that he was "speechless". Really?! Not sure of the pool cover itself time will tell as it's still the middle of summer but the customer service was trash! I would say try another pool cover company I'm sure there are better that are more affordable and with better customer service.
