    Went to them to ask about heaters, they absolutely know nothing on that subject. Won't be going to them for business!

He always follows through on every instruction I provide, and week after week, the service is thorough and reliable. I've worked with two other pool service companies in the past, and neither comes close. They usually started off strong, but their quality quickly declined over time. In previous years, poor maintenance even caused my pool to turn completely green. Since switching to Priority Pools, I haven't had that issue once. I don't often go out of my way to recommend companies, but Priority Pools--and especially Alejandro--have absolutely earned my trust.

In that time: * The heater has failed twice (and is currently not working again) * The chlorinator has been replaced * The pool lights have been replaced twice * The silver quartz finish already looks stained and bleached Maybe some of this is poor Hayward Industries equipment, but it's hard to know because the service tech changes constantly -- about every 6 weeks -- so there's zero accountability or continuity. This is a saltwater pool, yet instead of properly diagnosing or maintaining the chlorinator system, they routinely dump gallons of liquid chlorine into the pool every week. Actual "service" often feels limited to: * Emptying the leaf basket * Lightly brushing the pool * Adding chemicals And nearly everything beyond that becomes an extra charge: * Chemicals? Extra. * Filter cleaning? Extra. * Repairs? Extra. * Someone coming out because the system they maintain stopped working? Extra. Worse, many of the techs seemed unfamiliar with how the equipment even operates, making service calls frustrating and unproductive. What really bothered me was adding up the actual cost over three years. Once you include all the side charges, repair calls, chemical add-ons, and maintenance fees, the true cost is easily several times higher than the advertised "weekly service" price. The marketing and online reputation look polished, but our real-world experience has been expensive, inconsistent, and lacking accountability.

Turns out the wrong hot tub was delivered from the manufacturer. Keti wasn't about to deliver the wrong product and had to send it back. It took a few more weeks for the correct tub to be delivered. Had to set up an electrician to hook the tub to our power supply,again Keti was all over it helping with contacting his choices in electricians. This guy has been taking care of business a LONG TIME and it shows. Everytime I called with a question or any concern,the phone was answered. The issue was resolved. As for the perfect fit for my budget and therapeutic features, Kedie got me pointed in the right direction. The store experience was no pressure, knowledgeable and honest. Kedie and Shawna's purchasing, ordering and communication are spot on. The Delivery Team did a flawlessly deliver and setup, the Set-up personal was very insightful and educated me about some of the do's and don't. As for the Delivery team were prompt to show up and in and out in no time. Kedie did a in-service at my home after delivery. Learning about how to do preventive maintenance on the spa is a need for the care of my spa and all who will be using it. Needless to say I was in my Cal Spa that same day....Impressive.     I hired these guys to fix my pool that had turned green from a previous pool company. I paid…read moreJohhny and Trinity thousands of dollars to get my pool back but they never delivered on their promises! These people are devoid of character and ethics in business . They drained my pool and did an acid wash, charged me over $300 for "startup chemicals" and assured me the pool would be clean for my tenants but they knew all along that they were going out of business so they stopped sending the pictures with the weekly status reports and started ghosting me when I inquired about why I haven't been receiving the pictures and of course no reply! Against my better judgment and as a gesture of good faith, I prepaid my pool service from September until February so I didn't have to deal with very unreasonable tenants. To my surprise, Johhny and Trinity did not refund the remainder of my prepayment and lied to the new contractor Desi at Pool Medic who to my surprise tried to get me to pay for Dec & January pool service . They seemed like honorable people, but I can't warn you enough to stay away from these people if they ever get back into the pool business again. They ghosted me and then claimed they didn't sell their business to another vendor and to my surprise I got a bill for services that were already prepaid from Pool Medic. Johhny assured me he would send me receipts of the credits to my credit cards but as of today that never happened. Nevada law says 10% upfront only and every time they did work for me they wanted 100% upfront. What a disappointment and betrayal of trust! Karma will get these two!

    First time customer…read more I had a burned out pool light. It's supposed to be an easy fix, that turned out to be anything but! The pool smart team gave me practical advice on how to do the repair economically, and was even cool with me shopping for parts online. No upsell or up charge pressure at all! It turned out to be a really complicated replacement, due to a lot of difficult job site conditions that weren't expected at the beginning of the job. The pool smart team completed the repair the same day, and everything is working perfectly. Solid choice. Look no further!
