They have a good selection, can test your water for free and write out exactly what you need and the timing for each product (I like to say it's dummy proof - which I need!), and their pricing is fair. I need to say that from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so nicely from the young lady at the reception desk. Then the owner help me right away. We bought a Marquis Crown Epic (delivered Feb 2023) and dealt with repeated leaks and failed parts (lights/speakers/MicroSilk pump). After several "fixes," problems kept returning. The spa came back from their shop on 9/18/25 and immediately leaked 8-10 inches/day. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.

We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.
