I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. The next day they said they're no longer a Marquis dealer, told us to contact the manufacturer, and refused to engage further. Over 2+ years, the spa was in reliable working condition for only about half the time. With inconsistent communication and repairs that didn't hold, we can't recommend this dealer. We're now pursuing a full warranty remedy with the manufacturer.
