They're very friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know, they figure it out. This most recent time, I talked to Becky. Her customer service is amazing, and she definitely kept me from breaking down over my pool pump going out in the middle of this 100 degree weather. We purchased a 30ft above ground pool. The day before installing, they informed us that we needed…read more9 tons of sand (additional cost) we had been told that the price included all installation needs. Wrong!! They showed up to install the pool at 5 pm on a Tuesday evening. They did not use all the sand asked for and left it piled on my grass. The installer was very unprofessional with me when he said we may need more sand, why the did not use what was there he said it would not help. They were unable to complete the installation and left at 1030pm, said they would need to return to complete. We waited 2 days an not on person showed up to finish. They had not even installed the skimmer and return for the filter system. Matt Hale told us to start filling the pool and he would get someone to install the items. The liner had not been stretched and there were creases and wrinkles all over. Being on a water well filling was taking a long time. Lord and behold the storms came and the pool collapsed. We contacted Family Leisure about this and Matt Hale said that it was not their problem anymore and to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Family Leisure did say they would come and change things out for $4,700.00 pluss. Needless to say I will never use or recommend this company again or to anyone for the service we were provided. I followed the instructions exactly, and a part became permanently jammed into another during normal use. When I contacted them, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. Instead of taking care of a customer who had just spent over $11,000, they wanted me to pay $30 in shipping for a replacement part worth around $10. That isn't good customer service--it's nickel-and-diming customers after the sale. The issue isn't the amount of money. It's the principle. Businesses that value long-term customer relationships understand that taking care of a loyal customer is worth far more than squeezing a few extra dollars out of them. As a result, they've lost all of my future business. I won't be buying chemicals, accessories, replacement parts, or recommending this store to anyone. I'll be buying locally or from Amazon instead, where customer service is often far better. If you're considering spending thousands of dollars here, ask yourself how you'll be treated once they've already got your money. If you like to maintain your own stuff, these guys are the best. And if you want them to service it, lots of experience. They know what their doing, their honest and their prices are great. We met Ty from TNT Pools and Spas in 2004 after TNT Pools put in a pool at my neighbors house…read moreacross our fence. As we watched our neighbors enjoy their pool that Summer I reached out to Ty and his staff at TNT Pools the following Spring and had him come out tell us about his pools. We'd interviewed several pool companies and decided on a fiberglass pool because of the shifting soil/earthquakes in Oklahoma. Almost all of the gunnite pools we'd looked at had cracking from the shifting soil issues, the fiberglass had not. TNT Pools was straight forward about the build, price, concise on their timeline with the caveat of weather (rain) as being the only delay, should it come up. They were onsite for about a week, had to dig through heavy limestone but got our pool installed in time (approx 9 days). We went with a salt system (Zodiac LM24) and have never looked back. The beautiful backyard, enhancement to our property and use of the pool was so worth it. When you house becomes the favorite house for your kids and their friends it's so much easier not to worry about where your children are at when they're just outside the back door. When it comes to service after the sale Ty and his staff are second to none. We've had to replace a pump (they go out after many years) and the sand in our filter changed, it was just a quick call and TNT's staff was promptly at the house. I have recommend Ty and TNT Pools and Spas to many friends who have had pools installed at their homes, all of them have had the same experience, very satisfied. Thank you Ty and TNT Pools and Spas for building our pool 16 years ago, it still looks great and has provided us with so many memories and many more to come.

Treated our property with great respect and were fast. We then went in to get our chemicals and Caleb was amazing and super knowledgeable. He also made great recommendations on what to get and what not to which enabled us to get everything we needed in 1 trip. We had a small issue, called them and we got an appointment set up in 2 days. A service technician came out (again on time) and fixed the issue quickly and we are set up. The customer service is amazing and everyone is super friendly and eager to help us with everything.
