We were greeted by Jasmine and gave us the tour of their spas with spas with different sizes and options. One of the Spas worked for us and Jasmine gave us a great price . Henry ( Manager ) called us and gave us a further discount( after seeing a picture of our Cane Corso Rescue, Henry loves dogs ) and arranged Nick to install delivery and electrical (220) the next day. Five outstanding individuals delivered and Spa was working perfectly. They took their time to demonstrate chemicals to maintain water clarity. Yes, Nick was outstanding! Upon entering this local business, I was greeted by Robert. He took a look at my pool vacuum identified the problem, had it fixed and I was ready to go in under 5 minutes and it only cost me $40! This is the type of neighborhood business that all of us should support! I am so happy to have a fantastic business this close and Robert was so courteous, knowledgeable & kind ! Kudos !!!

In March of 2024 we bought a used Caldera spa from Desert Hot Tubs in Phoenix. The salesman we…read moreworked with was helpful and answered a lot of questions when we decided on the spa we were getting. I noticed it had eight speakers in it, and I asked the salesman whose name was Chris, whether the spa had Bluetooth and he assured me that it did. We bought the spa with the understanding it had Bluetooth. He gave me warranty paperwork which indicated the sound system was covered for 6 months as a used spa. When we got the spot installed at our house, we discovered that the Bluetooth did not work and Desert hot tubs sent out a succession of service people who told me I just didn't know how to operate it. (I do know how to operate Bluetooth!) and then explained to me that in a later session that they didn't have the parts to fix it and after waiting for over six months to get someone to come out and fix it, I received a call from Tricia, their service manager, who assured me that they were going to honor their commitment to fix the Bluetooth in the spa that I purchased even though more than six months had expired. She admitted their service department had dropped the ball. One week later I received a call from Tricia telling me that they were not going to honor their promise to fix the spa because the contract said Desert Hot Tubs was not obligated to honor verbal promises...only what is stated in the contract. They said this spa was no longer under warranty and that I had not read the fine print in the contract which said that regardless of the salesman's promises the only thing that really counts is the contract. They also told me the salesman is no longer with them...as if that had some bearing on the situation. I've been in business a very long time and any ethical business that I've worked with always honors the promises the salespeople make, particularly in something this straightforward. They initially acted as if they should be responsible for fixing the Bluetooth and then later decided that they weren't going to fix the Bluetooth. I would strongly recommend not ever buying any equipment from Desert Hot Tubs. I would further recommend not trusting anything that any of their sales people tell you. And finally, I would recommend staying away from a business whose ownership responds to customers in this fashion.

I tried Grainger and they referred me to a spa warehouse (Sunset Spas)across the street. the young woman in front was very helpful and supplied me with the union o rings and the flange at the heater but didn't have the volute ring and she referred me to Spaworks. i called them immediately and spoke with a very pleasant employee who told me that they had exactly what I needed. Paid cash for a 2023 Dimension One "Amore Bay" Spa. The delivery crew came to measure the job and…read moresaid it would "just fit." They quoted one price for the delivery, then raised it upon completion. I learned there's a known plumbing issue with this particular make & model's "volcano" jet in the center. It finally burst after only 11 months of use & now the spa leaks water daily. I've had it sitting empty for 2 weeks waiting for them to come and repair it @ almost $2K. I'm pretty disappointed in the product & the service, I suggest you buy your spa elsewhere.
