I hired this company for almost two years. They were great, until they completely screwed us over…read more My new tenants informed me that the pool had algae and was really dirty. I didn't understand why because we had weekly pool service. I reached out to try to understand what was going on. Tara (customer service contact) then told me that they had not been able to access my backyard due to the lock code changing. This conversation happened one day ago (Sept 21st). Our lock code changed in May! I went to my ring cameras and service had not been completed since September. Unfortunately, this was as far back as my ring camera allows me to see. Unfortunately, I can only prove that the service I was being billed for was not completed for 8 weeks. This probably went on for much longer. They claim to have sent me an email on Sept 19th (which at this point I don't even care to go find), but never picked up the phone to try to contact me or fix the issue. When I called to ask them to fix the issue, they tried to charge me for extra chemicals and the extra service to rebalance the pool. Charge me more for a service I had been billed for but had not been complete?!?! They said it was my fault for not informing them of the code. Yet, it was okay for them to keep showing up to a locked code week after week without picking up the phone to call me or text me. They said they had to pay their techs for each visit and that's why they would not grant me any service without additional payment. I also paid for filter cleaning service that the manager said had not been completed due to lack of access... again, there was no phone call for them to try to resolve the issue. Had I not reached out, they would have kept charging and just showing up to a locked gate. This is an awful business practice! They lose a customer over fixing a small issue. I would not recommend this service to out of state owners, STR owners or anyone who is not at the property daily to confirm service completion.

When I contacted the owners, instead of professionalism, I got disrespect. One owner repeatedly called me "dear", spoke over me and told me that we should find a new pool company. The other owner called shortly after and said the same thing -- and then informed me they'd be making this my last month of service because I dared ask them to vacuum my pool The misogyny, arrogance, and complete lack of accountability is unbelievable. WARNING -- Upselling Over Troubleshooting, and Ongoing Negligence…read more After months of frustration, I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. The core issue: my saltwater system wasn't producing chlorine. Rather than properly diagnosing the problem, the team repeatedly added stabilized chlorine -- driving my cyanuric acid level above 100 ppm, which now requires a partial drain to correct. When I pushed for answers, they dismissed a simple fix and instead recommended a full system replacement and conversion to Pentair for over $2,800. I replaced the salt cell myself for $400. The system worked perfectly within minutes. A basic 15-minute diagnostic would have identified a worn-out cell. Instead, I was steered toward an unnecessary $2,800 replacement. During this same period, algae developed, my pool crawler was left offline despite my requests to address it, and no one flagged that the system had stopped producing chlorine entirely. I had to catch every failure point myself -- which is exactly what I was paying them to prevent. Eight months later, it got worse. We discovered their technician had put DE (diatomaceous earth) into our filter -- a filter that is not compatible with DE. This caused damage that we are now paying to have cleared and repaired. This was not a series of honest mistakes. This was a pattern of negligence, misdiagnosis, and upselling at the customer's expense. I'm left with chemical imbalance, algae damage, an incompatible chemical added to my equipment, and repair costs that should never have existed. Choose your pool service provider carefully. Pool Parts Dolores…read more Needed to replace the Hayward air relief valve which was leaking and 4 - filter cartridges that both parts were original since having the pool installed Mario helped remove the air relief valve from the top of the filter housing with a large pipe wrench while I held the lid. I felt the people at Pool Parts went above and beyond to help me, they could have sold the part and said see you later. Love the private small business and the care provided. I also could have purchased everything through Amazon and saved about $60, but gotta applaud the personal touch provided by Pool Parts.
