I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. They sub contract most things out and don't care when they're not up to standards as they already got paid. For how much I paid for this pool you would think they would care more but they don't.
