I ended up buying a new Sundance. Now less than two years later, still under warranty, I call them to come out for a "flow switch error" and they say it's fixed ... but it's not. They've come out twice and it's still not fixed. Now they won't return my calls!!! Their service department is unhelpful and your hands will be tied! Don't waste your money. Buy a HotSprings Spa or any other brand.

Then we are told me, NOPE we will not store it. They dropped it off and we find out after the fact that they did not properly set it up to be properly stored. Because of this a crack(s) in the shell appears. They first tell us they will submit a claim for us. Then they say they won't and its our problem. They take ZERO responsibility for how they delivered the hot tub knowing it needed to be properly safeguarded until we are ready for the pad to be poured. Other issues have developed as well. Whatever the sales staff tells you is not accurate or true. Their word means nothing. My advice is to stay away from Paradise Valley Spa as all they care about it taking one's dollars vs taking care of the customer. Shame on them. This is not a place anyone should do business with. I reached to Jordan Cox to chat about this. Never a return call or message. Just a smoke screen on their part. Don't believe any response they may post here.

They were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right products. Behind them is an equally impressive team: Doris and Cara handled sales coordination, invoicing, billing, and scheduling with precision and professionalism, while Alex and Omar did a fantastic job with site surveys, delivery, installation, and service. Every step of the process was handled smoothly and confidently. I felt listened to, respected, and treated fairly. What really sets Creative Energy apart is their culture. Despite having multiple stores across the bay area, they operate with the feel of a family business. Not only did they take great care of me, but they also went out of their way to help other members of my family. This left me feeling special and a part of Creative Energy "family." My first impression was that their policies and procedures were a bit strict but after going through multiple transactions, it became clear that their structure and organization allow them to deliver such a consistently high level of service and execution. Another big plus was how well their multiple locations work together. If one store doesn't have what you need, they seamlessly work with other locations to get it for you. The showroom may not be the newest or flashiest, but that ended up being a benefit -- they have a wide variety of models available to see in person and can source nearly any option you might want. What impressed us most was the level of knowledge and attention we received. Jim and his team clearly understand these products extremely well and focused on helping us choose the best spa for our family instead of simply pushing a sale. Their pricing was very reasonable, but the biggest value came from the service and support they provide. Before delivery, Jim personally visited our home twice to review the setup area and ensure everything was prepared properly. He was also involved during delivery and installation, and everything went according to plan. They spent time walking us through the spa features and explaining maintenance as well, which was especially useful since owning a hot tub involves more upkeep than I had remembered. Our spa was only recently installed, so I can't comment on long-term service yet, but based on everything we've experienced so far, I'm confident they'll continue taking great care of their customers. I'm really glad we chose not to take the Costco route (and that's coming from someone who shops there often). Buying a spa turned out to be a more involved decision than I initially expected, and having experienced professionals helping along the way made the process much easier.

And sure enough, I found two places with a leak in this decade old tub. I contacted New Products, where we originally purchased the tub, and got a phone call early this morning from the owner, Jim. Turns out the service guy, James, was going to be in our area today. James came by a couple of hours later, confirmed the leak, had the replacement parts in his van, and fixed it! He also gave me an updated lesson on how often I should be changing the water, the filter, adding chemicals, checking the pH, etc. Not only was the repair price very reasonable, but I feel like I just got a degree in hot tub school, and promise to do better keeping to the maintenance schedule going forward. It's great to be able to go back to the store a decade later and find they still offer wonderful service!

Initially, Robert seemed trustworthy and thorough, spending several hours looking into our hot tub and locating the problems. He informed us of the parts and steps we needed to take to hopefully repair our hot tub. He requested payment upfront for these parts and his services, which we provided. This is where he became unreliable in his performance, communication, and attendance. He reported the parts were arriving later than he had initially expected. Then the day before he was supposed to bring the parts once received, he reported he fell and could not come fix the hot tub. We rescheduled and on the new date he was due to come, he said his car broke down and he would have to delay the repairs again. Eventually, he did come out and after tinkering at the tub again, reported that we still needed one more part and that we would have to pay for it before proceeding. We realized he was requesting payment for a part he said he already ordered weeks prior, and so we requested copies of the invoices for the parts we had already paid for. He said he had to go home and get the invoices, after which we never heard from him again despite multiple messages and phone calls. We are extremely disappointed by this experience and unscrupulous nature beheld by Robert. Please think twice before considering services from this deceitful individual.

It just turned out that way but what a fantastic experience with Daniel and his crew. I first reached out to Daniel over a year ago. Maybe it was even the fall of 2023. We just moved in to our home and it was our first pool, the previous server of the pool, which I think I did leave a review for, starts with an H ends with a Bs, decided to unfriendly drop the account when there was a change in ownership . I was incredibly fortunate to find Daniel and he came out right away met with me and of course took a look at our pool . Our pool is not new. It's not even Gen X. It's just a hair older than that but it's still an incredibly good condition for its age. I believe when Daniel first came out to service the pool it was already turning green without any chemical treatments . After just two or three visits initially, the pool was ready to use sparkling clean, blue and welcoming. They also service our hot tub, which at this point has outlived its useful life, but nonetheless, they've kept it clean . Well, they're only obligated to service the pool once a week they have come out multiple times as needed to get on top of a broken pump to keep the pool from going south. I can't recommend Deleon's service enough! They have been so good to me, they are reasonably priced, competitive, and you would be hard pressed to find an equal servicer at this value! If you are looking for someone to service your pool or spa, I can only highly recommend them. I place all my trust in them coming onto my property, respecting my privacy with an incredible level of responsibility. If they're not servicing your pool yet, I hope you'll have them out soon! They came and gave very reasonible estimate and was never over estimated costs. We used them for 6 weeks and receieved a weekly email update with pH status, what they did and picture of the pool sparkling. Oh and pricing is not only reasonable, MUCH cheaper than some of the pool companys that have been in Marin for decades. We cannot recommend them enough!!
