And they even go above and beyond by getting one of your storage keys to keep an eye on your stuff. Now that's service! Maurice will even take the uhaul back for you on empty cause his business partner Ofer Daton owns the uhaul rental and has the best gas prices in town. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism with the entire Less Stress crew! We hired four guys for four hours, and they unloaded our entire 26' truck with smiles on their faces the entire time. They took extra care around doorways and up the stairs. We have heavy, solid furniture, including a seven foot farm table that easily weighs 200+ pounds. The Less Stress crew moved it with so much care! Maurice is an absolute gem of a person. When this company says you'll feel less stress, they mean it! He didn't want us lifting a thing or feeling like we had to worry one bit. The crew arrived early, helped us maneuver the truck around a tricky area to unload, and got right to work. There were never moments where they stopped, wasted time, or ran the clock. We paid for four hours and they made sure we got every single minute! We made the mistake of not marking our boxes, so the crew made sure to ask us where we wanted everything--even though they could have easily dumped things into one giant pile. They not only placed our furniture exactly where we needed, but they even insisted on assembling it. They even fixed a piece of our furniture for us! I couldn't believe it! We poured through reviews on MovingHelp.com, and Less Stress had the highest rating for the cheapest price. It's a no-brainer! Unprofessionalism at its finest. Property was damaged and I got blamed for it countless times. When asked for reimbursement for the damaged property the owner was argumentative, called me inexperienced and stated the law is that they are not held responsible for damaged bags. He also stated that since I got it a while go "what value does it have now" really? Move took long and I was charged for extra time I did not use because they "don't charge by the half hour" which wasn't explained when I booked. This is my third time moving and I've never had such an argumentative, unprofessional encounter with a business owner. Run as fast as you can! They moved us on the 6th of October (CJ does that date sound familiar) My husband rented the Uhual because they don't provide a moving truck. They were very hospitable and professional. We had several boxes and 3 bedrooms and corresponding dressers. We also had a 65 inch tv in our dining room that my husband and my brother planned to box up once the movers had removed all of the other boxes. Instead what took place was that the movers decided to pack the television and load it on the truck. The movers drove the truck to our new place and unloaded our boxes. I even fed them pizza and tipped them because I thought they did a good job. We started unpacking. My husband and brother set up the television and that's when we noticed that the TV was damaged. I immediately texted Maurice and I sent him a picture. He told me to get an estimate and I did. I could not get a hold of him via e-mail or text. When I finally did he was being argumentative. Luckily my husband walked in from work and took the phone. We discovered he had no insurance because they are considered laborers and that's why they don't need a truck. My husband then said so technically you're telling us we are screwed. Maurice then offer to give us his pool table that he was planning to sell. My husband said he would have to talk to me. I initially called to get a quote ( after comparing). I liked their price ( 2hr minimum $75) as well as the keeping costs down by renting my own U-Haul. Got a confirmation the night before. Maurice and his partner Chris arrived on time. Maurice really took into account what I had ( boxes/mattress etc.) and evaluated what would be the best fit. I got the 1 bedroom/studio truck and it would have been better if I got one size bigger. He wanted to make sure a second trip wouldn't be necessary ( and not spend extra money ) and got started on moving things/fitting items ASAP. I mentioned to him as a FYI maybe ask for pictures via text or consult which truck would be best for future clients. That can be a big help ! My possessions were handled with care and only 1 table needed to be disassembled. Everything did fit. I was totally fine with very minor things that I handled myself to ensure the important items were packed. Entire apt packed ( 90 minutes) and the drive was about 20 min. Unpacked about 45 minutes and assembled my table. Total time of job was just under 3 hours. I felt Maurice was personable, attentive, professional and cared about the task at hand. I appreciated that he wanted to make one trip only. He was confident that my items would fit and don't worry. It was a smooth transition as moving is stressful and can be costly. I have used Less Stress Movers 3 separate occasions in the past 5 years. I will never move by myself or have to bother friend's to help again as long as I stay in Las Vegas. I called Less Stress Movers on August 8 to see if they could help me unload the contents of a 28 ft trailer into storage on August 9. They were available to help and I made arrangements to have them start at 3:30 PM the next day. It was 107 degrees when we got started but with 4 of their guys and me helping a little the trailer was unloaded and into storage in 3 hours. They were able to get the contents of the trailer (28 x 8 x 9 = 2016 cubic feet) into a 10 x 15 storage unit and part of another 10 x 15 unit. I think I had less than half of the second unit available. It was close but they got it in. These guys worked hard, didn't complain about the heat , were courteous and respectful of my belongings.
