Classic Milk Tea, 50% Ice, 50% Sweet w/ Boba ($6.25) - The milk tea is very sweet even at half sweet, although not to the point of being cloying. It's probably equivalent of 100% sweet at the average boba shop. The tea itself is a little malty and there's a milky and caramelized flavor mixed with a slightly herbal spiced flavor. It's very foamy on top and has pretty good body. The boba is a little firmer than I like but not bad. It has a pretty good bounce, but rather than being smooth on the outside, it's quite craggy, pitted with craters. The boba is clearly sweetened well, which probably added to the base 50% sweetness.
