I made the mistake of trying to change out all my outlets and switches since many were loose. Needless to say I ran into a couple where the wiring was completely different from the rest and my efforts to hook them up the same was as the others didn't work. Not only did those two outlets not work, it disabled the power to multiple outlets that were working previously on that side of the house. I contacted Kevin on a Saturday morning hoping that he could fix my mess. He had a full schedule but still was able to come out late that afternoon. For just the price of a service call and about $5 in parts he was able to diagnose & fix the problem as well as adjust a couple other problem outlets for me. In addition, he put our sound-bar up and it looks really good - no cables flooding around and very close to the wall.
