Food was good we had the gobble gobble panini. Service was fast, the pastry did look good but I had to pass on it when I saw some flies on it. I also used the the men's bathroom where one the cashiers left the bathroom without flushing or washing her hands. Yes, the sink was dry - when I washed my hands.

I visited this place many times and unfortunately it looks like it's gone downhill. If you like your bagels with just a WHISPER of cream cheese this place is for you. Hire new staff, Letizia, this team doesn't care about your brand values. This wasted our time and money today.

What a gem! I'm almost happy I don't live in the neighborhood because I would have to come here every day. Their fresh pastries are DELICIOUS and their coffee is great, too. Fast and friendly folks behind the counter and a nice little ambiance and way to start the day.

    Chicken bacon Panini

Ordered the panini with chicken and bacon on it. It was absolutely pathetic at how little chicken they put on the sandwich. The photo shows one half, and the other half was identical. $14 for a panini with two scraps of chicken is a joke. Ambiance was nice, but the food is the most important part.

Work brought me to the Chicagoland area, specifically, Wicker Park. I'm staying in a company Condo and arose with a strong hunger and went on a search for something to satisfy. Normally I'm a classic breakfast or breakfast burrito sorta guy but those options in my immediate area were not available so I opted for what appears to be a Chicago fave - the breakfast sandwich. A couple of doors down is Letizia's. I arrived, strolled in at an early hour and found the counter and ordered an American Breakfast Sandwich. (Eggs, bacon, potatoes, mozzarella on toast. They had a lot of other goods on display which looked tasty but I needed protein more than carbs. In Wicker Park you'll see quite a few couples with one baby in a stroller accompanied by a dog. It's the vibe-and a good one. Young, urban trendy parents raising happy kids, with a dog in tow, who may be called upon to protect if the occasion arose. I waited for a few minutes for the order which means it was being made fresh in the back-which I definitely appreciated. I took my order back to the crash pad and opened it up and enjoyed. The bread had a good crisp, the eggs were done perfectly, the bacon was tasty and the melted cheese held things together as intended. I will likely stop in again, thanks for the Chicago Breakfast Sand Letizia!

Pump up the jam. Been here about 300 times in the last 2 years, single handedly paying employee salaries. An always good neighborhood staple. Ravello on a bagel is incredible.

Fantastic baked goods, paninis, soups, and mocha! The focaccia served with soups and paninis is divine. We've been coming here every week religiously for years and have yet to have a meal short of fantastic!

We came here for dessert after a meal on division, and they had a variety of baked goods to choose from. Everything looked tasty, and the cashier was very helpful. We tried the caramel cheesecake, tiramisu, almond tart, and double chocolate cookie. Nothing was that great- I would say the tiramisu was the best. Otherwise, everything was kinda dry/flavorless. Maybe we just picked the wrong items!

Friendly staff, a huge back patio for working on your laptop in a leisure afternoon, or read a book. The panini is very tasty. I also tried the cherry brownie and it was very delicious

I ordered 5 coffees one morning, and all the register guy did was write a few names on some cups and placed it down. I understand tipping culture is a divided topic of discussion, but at the end of the day, it is OPTIONAL. After pressing the skip button from what I believe to be non-tip worthy service, he threw a fit and said "Wow you're serious? After I did all that?" Meanwhile all he did was write names on cups. Now I would understand if he was the barista working hard to pump out the coffees, but two lovely ladies were in the back doing that. He shooed me and my friend out of line as we were still processing what he just said. The next customer orders and he had the audacity to talk about us to them while we're 5 feet away. Delusional as he was, he had the nerve to say we were holding up the line and made him do "all that work", and I could promise you, we knew exactly what we wanted to order the second we got up, and took no longer than 45 seconds. We also witnessed he got into it with another customer, so it seems like he's the problem here. Most wild service I have ever received, all for some milky coffees. I ended up tipping the lovely ladies in the back though. Be warned. There are much better spots.

The aïoli was so delicious. I kept it for the rest of my meal as it being sauce. 4/5 American breakfast with egg whites. Egg whites were slightly runny, but good portion. The bacon was crispy and slightly sweet. Super yummy. Crispy potatoes were like a deep fried large country potato. Good with the aïoli, but I didn't eat too much. 4/5 petite potato, American style. These are truly petite. I wanna say it was $14-$20 but I expected a little bit more. 5/5 chocolate chip cookie for my Bestie's birthday. Best cookie she's ever had. Delicious, warm, chewy. 5/5 butterscotch crème brûlée. First time I've ever had a butterscotch version. The custard was delicious, and the Brulé topping was not too thick. Annihilated the whole thing. The atrium was beautiful. I wish there was a little bit more space for us to take photos, but the hotel itself beautiful. Our service was great. I wish I could remember our servers name but it was a young man with glasses & he was fabulous.

It just takes a bit long to prepare just FYI, over a stove from what I understand. We also split some small dessert items, the one I tried had hazelnut chocolate filling and was real good. Things are a little pricier, but it's also higher quality products, several you don't see at most cafes. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Easy to park either on Division, or one of the side streets.
