I used letsgo2 for the first time this week for round trip to LAX from Chatsworth. I could not be happier with the experience, and especially the price. Noah was my driver; he was prompt, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. He picked me up right on time, drove safely, and was there early upon my arrival. After several frustrations with riseshare apps I will never go back for airport transportation. The peace of mind knowing it is all set up and someone will be there on time is fantastic AND this was cheaper than taking other options (I checked!). I have already booked two more upcoming trips. I needed a ride from San Fernando valley to San Diego airport for a morning fl8ght. Booking was a bit confusing at first but they have online customer service chatting and they guided me through it. Noah showed up at our door promptly at 4:45 a.m.! Got us to the airport right on time. The price was almost the same as an uber but I wanted to have a reservation since an uber might not be available that early in the morning. I had used them a couple of times before and thought they were great but the last time I used them the driver never showed up to take me to the airport and wouldn't respond to my calls or texts. I tried getting in touch with the main office to no avail either. After about 20-30 min of waiting on the curb the driver finally responds that he's coming and I text to ask his how soon he'd be there and he never responded to my call or text again so I had to book another ride because I was going to miss my flight. read more

I cannot speak more highly of this service. I was picked up in San Pedro Cruse Terminal, which is miles from anywhere, and transported to my home in Palm Springs by an efficient, very pleasant driver called Eddy in a spotless car. I didn't get my driver's details until 6pm the previous night via text but I was expecting an email much earlier. I had visions of me being stranded in LA without an idea of how to get home. I needn't have worried. I was texted when Eddy arrived, which was 40 minutes earlier than scheduled but I was ready. I was picked up within a few minutes on my way. The logistical aspects were great: on time showing up, speedy delivery of us to our destination, personable driver (Noah), and new vehicles we hadn't seen before. Glad business is picking up! My only suggestion is to improve communications: confirmation the day before a ride and office phone coverage. Arrangements were smooth and I did receive email confirmation for both ends of the round trip when I booked the rides. We will certainly use this service for our next trip. read more

We made our reservation a couple of months before our trip. Every time we've had to communicate with them (time change, confirmation, etc.), they've responded in a timely manner. The morning of the pick up, we were given the number of our driver, who also confirmed he was on our way and let us know what time he would arrive. Chamberlain arrived promptly, drove safely, and was kind and friendly! Chamberlain picked up my Mother from LAX on the worst night. There was a power outage at the airport making it extremely difficult. She was late and at the wrong terminal, but Chamberlain never stopped looking for her. It took an hour to find her. If it was Uber they would've left. Thank you chamberlain!!!! read more

Called them to set up transportation to and from LAX from my house for 6 persons. I called and left a message which was returned within 20 minutes. While I was waiting I decided to go to website to check and decided to book the ride. Price was lowest out if 3 other services. Asked for a booster seat for my daughter that did not cost extra. Got both an email and text message regarding pick up time, type of car and driver. Everything went very smooth. The pick up from LAX was the same. Got a text from the driver saying he was ready. Texted back to let him know where we were. Arranged a pick point and off we were. Everything went great and both drivers were great. I will call them again when I need a ride to and from LAX. Outstanding ride service both to and back home from LAX. I've now tried this company twice for round-trip travel and couldn't be happier. This is an excellent alternative to ride share services or cabs. Both times, I needed a very early pick-up in Ventura to make early flights out of LAX. My ride was confirmed in advance with drivers there early both times. My homeward trips were equally perfect: great communication and total assurance. Both Noah and Eddy are wonderful both with customer service and kindness; I thoroughly enjoyed riding and chatting with these pros and great guys. We used the LetsGo2 app for a trip we were taking. Noah was our driver and we will give him 5 stars. He arrived early and our pick up was 5am. We were also lucky enough to have Noah again for our return ride, we texted him when we got to baggage claim and he was at our terminal in about 5 minutes. Again, an amazing trip back home. The price was right too. Now, why we only gave them 3 stars. When we were expecting our confirmation the night before on the app, as stated, we discovered that the drivers information had been emailed instead. All of this was still okay, however, the person I was chatting with, Jane Sanders, was very rude when I told her our information had not come through on the app and it was 7:30pm and our pick up was 5 am. She kept saying she didn't understand what I wanted, then finally we were told about the email. On our return, again, no notification on the app, no response to chat, I was finally able to find a phone # for them and when I called, their box was full, I received a call back shortly after, I guess from caller ID, and again found that they had sent an email. I had told them I would not have email for our return, but again, the guys who called didn't seem to know what I wanted until I said "I don't have email here!!" He then sent our driver information as a text. Now that we know what their mode of communication is, we will use them again, but only because of Noah... read more

Rude customer service. They answered the phone I informed them that I purchased a round trip valley to LAX Groupon. They said it is not valid for the part of the Valley I live in (they have Calabasas listed and I live in Woodland Hills which is before Calabasas.) They offered me no solution (as in you can pay an additional fee)other than to ask Groupon for a refund. I had planned to book a few additional transportation's with out the Groupon. I would not recommend nor would I use this company. read more

I even got a free upgrade from them. Which was super nice of them. I booked 2 hours before my departure, and they still came through. Our driver, Noah was fantastic! He took us to the airport and brought us home when we returned. He was always on time and got us to LAX and home earlier than expected. Overall our experience with LetsGo2 was excellent. To star, our driver Noah was great. We never had to worry about being late to the airport since Noah made sure to arrive early and give us a courtesy call. Moreover, he helped us with our luggage, was friendly and a skilled driver. The only minor issue I had with this experience was the App itself. I called with one day's notice to book an airport shuttle from the San Fernando Valley, and was directed to the app, which took around 5 minutes to fill out. The driver, Noah, contacted me when he was 5 minutes away so I could have my bags ready to load when he arrived. He provided direct service to LAX for around half the cost of other personal shuttle services I had researched, and was courteous and pleasant during the trip. I provided him with my anticipated arrival time for my return, and saved his number in my contacts for my return in case my schedule had any changes. Sure enough, the airline screwed up my schedule, and I notified Noah that my return would be delayed over 4 hours to where I was scheduled to arrive after midnight. He confirmed he would still pick me up without any additional surcharge despite the altered terms of my travel. When I arrived, my bags did not arrive, so Noah transported me to another terminal to report my missing luggage before driving me home, again without demanding extra fees, so I tipped accordingly to acknowledge the excellent personalized service I received. In a nutshell, I don't see a basis to seek out any other shuttle service to LAX based on the service I received from Noah and Letsgo2 during this experience. It's great to know a service is now available to provide reasonably priced transfers to LAX from the San Fernando Valley without having to watch the meter creep up minute by minute or wondering if the driver is going to show up on time when you need them. I will be referring the Letsgo2 service to others, and you should give them a try if you have an upcoming need for transport to LAX. read more

First time using them but my driver was at my house by 4:05am for a 4:15am pickup. Which was super nice. You need to download the app and then the day before (I got my notification around 6pm) with who your driver is and their number. This is def a great deal! My first time using LetsGo2 I was nervous because I've had very bad experiences with almost every shuttle that goes to LAX. Now this is the only company I will recommended. We had Noah for our pickup and drop off. He was early picking us up but didn't rush us at all. He was helpful with my kid's car seats, our many pieces of luggage and he was very kind.
