But they are steak cut and glazed with a sweet yet light glaze). As for the meats: I've had the fried catfish, catfish bites, beef ribs, fried chicken breast, baked chicken breast, fried chicken wings (BBQ & Jerk), and the salmon, crabcakes, and the ultimate feast.
