These are basically Levantine pizzas and I argue they are better than pizza and no offense to Italy. The cheeses have more character and pungency than mozzarella and are palatable for just about anyone. I love Mediterranean cuisine in general and if you love it too, please try this food! They also cater. I really appreciate and love how clean and aesthetically appealing the establishments are. I give them a five-star rating because the food is excellent, the establishment seems very clean and the owner is present and welcoming, but if I wanted to, I'd give them two stars because of the girls that give such terribly unprofessional ugly looks to me and apparently, to others as well from reading the reviews.
