I know they do a lot of detailing and I just had my car detailed at the dealership and I was not happy. Next time I will just take it to Impero and get it over with. They also do car raps and I am pondering that, but need to save a little to pay for it. We have 3 cars and then their is my daughter's car. I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. After this experience, I highly recommend Evolution Motorsports for high-quality PPF and professional installation. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. He had worked on my car before, but on December 14, I was involved in the most terrifying accident of my life. My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him. I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. I reached out to several places and barely got any responses. Then I heard back from Regal Repair. I explained what I needed and they said, "No problem, just bring it in. We'll install it for you." I asked, "How much?" They said, "Don't worry about it. We'll do it, no charge." UM... excuse me?! I knew they were going to have to take the door panel off and that it wasn't necessarily the easiest little fix, so I was genuinely shocked that they were willing to do it for free. They were so accommodating with my schedule that day, got me in quickly, and had everything done in about 30 minutes. I literally begged them to let me Zelle them something for their time and they repeatedly refused. People like this deserve to be recognized. They were genuinely kind, honest, and helpful when they absolutely did not have to be. They have a customer for life with me. I'll definitely be going back when I have some more money saved to have them repair the dent that happened when the mirror was knocked off. I truly can't say enough good things about this business.
