Levi's is a historic brand and this store has been here years. Today was the perfect temperature to wear my soft black Levi's jacket. It has a velvet feel to the material. The photos don't really show the deep black color of the fabric. This jacket has all the pockets I love and definitely my favorite style. I wish it was jacket weather all year long. Too expensive for me. But the variety of clothing was great and the staff was nice and helpful and the store setup was well done.

I used to consider Levi's to be top notch in terms of quality. However, after buying a pair of jeans the other day, the flimsy zipper pull came off on the second day and one of the snaps fell off the pockets. I remember they used to use really good zippers back in the day. But now I guess they've gone cheaper to give them a better profit margin. What a shame. read more

I came here on a weekend. I found the store well-organized, clean, and had ample dressing rooms (which is absolutely not true of every clothing store in midtown). I found jeans I liked but couldn't find my size. A very helpful and nice associate used the digital system, which said the size should be in stock but as soon as he realized the digital system was wrong (Levi's fault but not this specific employee's fault), he offered to order the right jeans and ship them to me with no shipping fees and a 20% discount for having to wait. Ok let me start with saying this store is super clean and everyone was so sweet from the greeter to the person in the register BUT I had the pleasure of being help by Emily she was so sweet , funny and beyond helpful. First impressions... What. A. Mess. Second impressions... What. A. Mess. And. How. Rude. Third impressions... Let's leave. That was the experience we had in this Levi's location. My husband was stoked to dip into this location to try on different pairs of pants, but there was no cleanliness or order. Granted... the entire day had passed before we stopped in at 8 p.m. but that shouldn't have prevented the sales associates (who were a plenty but far from doing actual ordering) from doing organizing. There didn't seem to be a master plan for the layout in the store, and overall, the selection wasn't nearly what I would have thought it to be BUT it could have been that the selection was tossed in the giant stack of jeans that weren't even put away. I think this store would probably be a great addition to the Levi's stores, but it would need more maintaining in order for it to even begin being useful to patrons. Wouldn't mark this store worth it to try when you're in the area. read more

Because of the location, I try not to come here often, but it's pretty close to my jobs, so I stumble in here often. NOTE : They always have "sales" Just so you know almost all the clothing in the store is at least $10 more than online. The sale is about the same as the online price, so there isn't much of a deal. The Levi's you buy from Levi's are different than the ones you buy at Sears, just an FYI. Gone are the days of the same thing being offered at the same place for cheaper. The service is usually friendly, although when someone was helping me, another employee ran over and watched me move things...because I'm going to steal with no big bag to put anything in. The person who helped me recently (Supreme) was really great and I walked out with 2 pairs of pants ( I didn't really need!!! But needed). I find this location more than the others (especially the 34th street one, yuck) usually has my size and not just one pair. It' super touristy though and I hate coming in here. The prices are more than online (but for some reason online jeans are smaller) and the deals aren't the same. The stores sale section beats online's by a mile. If you do need to do an online return, make sure you have your receipt and invoice because it's a big pain in the butt if not. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location. the best thing about this location is how I was greeted walking in at leaving the store. the cashier at the register closest to the fitting rooms is extremely rude. While on vacation we stopped in because I wanted to get a new pair of wedgie fit jeans. After not seeing the jeans that I was looking for I asked the worker who was standing next to me if they were sold at this location. She didn't even look at me while stating they don't carry them here. I'm not sure if she was having an off day but she wasn't helping anyone or asking the people shopping if they needed assistance. Levi's have always carried amazing products but I usually prefer to shop online because the employees in store can be overbearing. I was pleasantly surprised that all the employees at this location were helpful but chill and knew when to just let me shop. Perhaps the worst levis store i visited. I used to like this branch and have bought a dozen items a year in this branch. But one staff ( slim, tall, african-american) is so annoying who told me i should not unfold the shirts and just tell him the size because he needs to fold it back. Recently there was a mass shooting scare in time square. It was actually a backfiring motorcycle but the panic was real. People stampeded down the street and into the store. Worst customer service ever. I went in to return some jeans I bought online. The website states I just need the original shipping info and the card I purchased it on, which I had. I go in, only for them to tell me they can't do it without a photo ID because "we can't prove it's you", even though they are just returning it to the original card. I had utility bills, etc, in my bag, abd was actually wearing the jacket I purchased on the same order, but they didn't care. The original customer service woman at least offered me a code to ship them back for free. The manager couldn't care less, and just said "online and the stores don't communicate well." read more

This is one of the nicest Levi's stores I've ever visited, and I was very surprised given the amount of traffic that probably hits this location because it is smack dab in the middle of Times Square. The location is huge but very well organized and clean. The staff is very helpful and the layout of the store makes it easy to navigate as a customer. This store is a tourist trap. I purchased Vintage Jeans for $260.00 of the shrink-to-fit variety. I was assured by both a sales associate and an assistant manager they could be returned if they did not fit after being washed. One week later, with the original receipt, he store manager (Jerrod??) refused to accept a return or give me a refund. He was rude and declined to provide a full name or contact phone number. The particular jeans I tried on didn't work for me, but I am sure if I had more time I could have found a great pair. The inside of the store reminded me of being in Abercrombie - low lighting, loud music, and merchandise everywhere you turn, not exactly my taste, but it was fine. As a rule, I don't go to Times Square unless I'm headed for a theatre and can avoid the crowds. But I really needed new jeans and nothing ever fits, and I heard about Levi's fitting system, and there is such a toss up between Soho and Times Square on the weekends, that I figured this store might be more manageable. And, wow. The jeans are fine, they fit, they cost (much!) less than $100. But the service was freakin awesome. The service was really great with all the people I spoke to. This one employee, Angel, kept bringing me stuff to try on, walking around the store with me, suggesting things. You must go there and get Angel to help you posthaste! read more

What happen when you can't find something? You get directions. I decided to call to get mines on the phone. Not once but twice I called. the first time blshe have gotten really rude by not just putting me on hold to talk to someone else but didn't even say anything about being put on hold. Due to her I had to repeat myself. I called the second time to get her name because I did not get her name. Since I have gotten her name I talked to the manage who at first didn't even look like store manager I took a wild guess out of the employees that worked there. He said he will talk to her.
