They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? It's unfortunate because the store really does have some great and unique items, but it's hard to enjoy browsing when you feel uneasy.
