I came to the store because my bearded dragon was not doing well, and I was very concerned. I specifically asked if he had the proper supplies to help my bearded dragon. He assured me that he did, which is why I returned to the store three separate times. On my first visit, I was sold uvb light T8 that no one carries anymore and 50W basking bulb, which turned out not to be working. When I returned to exchange it, he gave me a 250W bulb without properly explaining the risks. That bulb far too hot for a my baby bearded dragon and could have seriously harmed my pet. When I brought this up, he told me to come back and said he would give me store credit, then clarified that he would actually refund my money. Based on that, I agreed to return the next day. When I came back as instructed, he refused to give me my money back and instead said I could only take items from the store--even though he admitted he had nothing appropriate to provide for my bearded dragon. This entire situation was extremely stressful, especially since it involved the health and safety of my pet. The lack of proper guidance, changing his word about the refund, and overall unprofessional handling of the situation makes this a place I would not recommend, especially for new or concerned reptile owners.

If you're reading this and are bummed that you missed out, you're in luck, because this expo will be held three times a year now! The next expo will be in May at the same location. Admission for adults were $12, and kids 6-10 were slightly cheaper. There was also an option to pay for the weekend, as well as VIP, where you would be let in an hour early (10am) Expo times were on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm. Vendors were a mix of local Vegas shops as well as vendors from neighboring states. **CASH ONLY FOR ADMISSION, AND SOME VENDORS MAY BE CASH ONLY AND SOME DO TAKE CREDIT CARDS FOR PURCHASES...INQUIRE BEFORE BUYING** Reptiles for sale included snakes and geckos(majority) with turtles, frogs, spiders, scorpions, chameleons, and other types of lizards and creepy crawlies (millipedes and centipedes) A big majority of vendors were very personable and very knowledgeable about what they sold...Vendors for reptiles equipment and food were also on hand. There was also a show featuring some of the most venomous snakes too. Great way to pass the time with friends and family! Save the date in May! ALOHA!!! Shaka Meter: \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ \uuu/ 5

The tickets were inexpensive and lucky for us it's close to home. This is located Indy convention rooms. Now thought and underestimated the size of this event. But it was huge! Right off the bat you see snakes and spiders. Now most of these for are for sale. We just went to familiarize our self with these cold blooded creatures. We saw all different types of snakes in all different sizes. Gila monsters and chameleons! The vendors are were kind and let my six-year-old hold one. The spiders range from $100 to I'd say $600. Most took cash and some took card. We were really looking to buy just because it's a huge commitment but it was still pretty cool to see. The people around me would ask vendors all types of questions and even by just being near them we learned so much! I think the craziest thing was seeing all the tarantulas. I even heard one of the vendors telling the lady she cant hold it because their hairs get stuck in your skin. Almost like fine glass. They sold everything from glass habitats, food and even have T-shirts you can custom made. They come twice a year. definitely something to check out!
