He was such a pleasure to work with, walking through the entire house with us and explaining everything from electrical, to plumbing, to AC function in ways that were easy to understand. He is extremely thorough and is happy to answer any question. A few hours later he sent us a very detailed report (so fast!) that we will be using for home improvements for years to come. That report also happened to save us a bunch of money as we were able to get a discount on the home we were buying due to the problems that he found. He also was honest and assured us that the problems were fix-able. I feel if there were any deal breaker situations, he would have let us know.
