I lived here for 10 years and let me tell you the place needs a lot of work from the roof to the garage some due to age but primarily mismanagement by the HOA and property management. The HOA dues are $325 with a $100+ special assessment for 10 years!! The only amenity is the fairly recently opened pool and hot tub.
