I wouldn't have minded if they just communicated that they were understaffed and someone would be there asap, but the lack of care and concern was obvious. The one associate whose usually really helpful, said she was grabbing hamsters and it would be a few minutes! I already waited 15 wishful thinking... they also didn't have large mealworms in stock. I wanted him trimmed, nails, ears, teeth ect. Those services are what she told me goes with a full groom last time. I picked him up with his hair roughly an inch long and missing his beautiful top coat. When we contacted her about his cut, she claimed that it was actually longer this time that the first time she cut it. A little later, I noticed him licking his leg only to find that they scratched him pretty bad with the clippers. When the uneven cut was brought up she said he "got wet or laid on it" You can clearly see it's a straight line they cut at an angle. If you look at her Google reviews, this is an ongoing problem.
