AWE'some Salmon Croquettes!!! Went well with my Red Hot.....#NewSpot

Dash'Eatin View!! Was tired of Fridge Healthy and something with Bananas ! You can kinda say, I FELT - "I deserve an UN'filtered Meal!!" I ORDERED.......Salmon croquettes, Cabbage and Mac 'n' Cheese!! With a slice of Caramel Cake!! Dah, something new went VERY well....with the EXCEPTION of receiving the Lemon one. I had to atleast taste the icing! It was uh, all wet tasting....it was fork worthy! But I'm good.... Was surprised food was more than room temperature when it arrived, given its 17-minutes from me! And at the dasher's mercy! I will order again 'IF' Libby can guarantee me 'caramel next time!'

I paid $19 for a smothered pork chop dinner. I received too small pork chops, dressing and mac aand cheese. It's not even whole pork chops with the bone in it. The mac and cheese is terrible I spit it out the first bite. The dressing is dry, they give you a little bit of gravy, it's not even appetizing. The only thing edible was a small a** pork chop. Terrible representation of soul food.....

Catfish Dinner w/ yams and greens

I was driving by and decided to stop in to get dinner for my wife and I. I selected the catfish with candied yams and greens for her. For myself I chose the pork chops with string beans and Mac and cheese. The young lady taking my order was very nice and professional. The interior of the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I had to wait about 15mins for the food to be prepared. Pricing is on par with other soul food restaurants. My wife really enjoyed her dishes and said they were flavored perfectly. She called the restaurant to applaud them before she finished her food. I enjoyed my food as well and it was flavored just right to my liking! We both agreed to return and try different selections next time. If you are ever in The area consider them and give them a try.

    Creamy cheesy deliciousness!!

I ordered the Italiano - Genoa salami, fire roasted ham, pistachio mortadella, capicola, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, on fresh focaccia bread. I liked how the sandwiches are not too thin and not too absurdly large. It's great value and just enough food to keep you over until dinner time. Highly recommend this place and would definitely revisit in the future to try the other sandwich options. That's all

They have a menu board with multiple options listed. You order at the stand at the back of the store, and then our food was brought out to us even though we had ordered it to go. I am not sure if that is always the process- I was expecting to go to the counter to pick it up myself so that was a nice surprise! We ordered our sandwiches to go even though we were dining in as we knew we would be taking home leftovers. The seating area inside is no frills. They have less than 10 tables inside, and when we were leaving all of them were full with people waiting for seats. They did appear to have 2 tables outside but they were not being used as it was raining. They did have a carafe full of ice water that was self serve by the door, and they had large cups available which I appreciated! My eyes were immediately drawn to the Spicy Chicken Caesar and the Napa Club. Since this was my first time I ordered both and planned to share half of each sandwich. When I opened the Spicy Chicken Caesar I was surprised by the appearance of it. I had expected a lot more lettuce inside. It looked more like chicken salad rather than salad with chicken. The flavor was good and it was not too spicy! The focaccia was very soft. The Napa Club had great flavor to it, but when I was eating it I could really tell that there was avocado inside of it. The predominant flavor was the garlic and herb aioli. I did feel the chicken was a touch on the dry side. Overall, my experience and food were good; however, I am not sure I agree with the rave reviews. I would return in the future and would love to try some of their other meats aside from chicken, and their pasta salad also looked nice. The service was friendly and I feel like the price was fair. It's a nice addition to downtown Farmington!

However, we ordered a carryout on their user-friendly website for New Years Eve 2025 and something has changed there. There are more choices, for one thing. The carryout containers are much improved. Although I never cared for their potato salad and coleslaw before, they actually taste good now! It is undergoing a renaissance of some sort and it's very exciting! You won't be disappointed.

This time, I went with the BB Special, thinly sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce on an onion roll. There is also Russian dressing on the sandwich, but there was so little of it, that it was barely discernable. That might explain why there were so many orders before mine that included Russian dressing on the side. The corned beef was delicious, piled high, and well supported with the onion roll (instead of rye, for example). It was excellent with the Faygo grape soda that was truly a treat. The sandwich was so huge that I only needed to have half, saving the other part for the next day. I loved the well-spiced meat and felt that the onion roll was perfect to hold up to the large portion of meat. The only drawback is the sandwich pick-up process. Customers who place their order in person have to wait elsewhere (outside, car) to see when their order is placed at the window before re-entering the restaurant to pick up their order. Otherwise, there would be too many customers in the tiny, enclosed space given that the restaurant is closed for dine-in. Service was fine.

The restaurant itself was clean, calm, and welcoming, and the food coming out of the kitchen looked really good. They do offer gluten-free buns, which was exciting to see at first. When I asked about the meats though, the person at the counter let me know that their meat options aren't gluten-free. Since I have Celiac disease, that meant I wasn't able to order anything. I did appreciate how straightforward and accommodating the staff were about it. They answered my questions without hesitation, which is always helpful when navigating gluten-free dining. Even though I couldn't eat there, the place looked well run and the atmosphere was nice. I'd still recommend it if gluten isn't a concern.

This felt like it was right around a pound of meat absolutely massive, it's 7 hours later and I am not even close to hungry. Great value here! Staff is friendly too. Basic interior, nothing fancy here. But the good is great. I highly suggest you order at the counter, not the kiosk, they have a ton of stuff not on the menu on the kiosk! J.Ja
