I've had this placed bookmarked for a while and finally came. This location is really cute and has a little patio. We opted to sit inside. The baristas were very friendly. They had a variety of pastries as well as coffee. I ordered an almond milk cappuccino. The cappuccino was really good and didn't have that bitter coffee taste to it. The coffee was smooth. To me a big definer of whether a coffee shop is "good" or "bad," for lack of better words, is whether or not I am able to get work done in the environment. The drinks here are good, but very pricy in terms of coffeeshop drinks. There is a good amount of tables and outlets and the wifi was efficient and fast. The part that makes me rate this coffee shop as average is that the music was turned up so loud 2 hours to close that I couldn't focus and had to leave. My friend and I tried to drown it out with our headphones turned up, and but I could hear it banging through, plus the music playing was very distracting. Service was average. Will I return - maybe (the coffee frap is good), but for now going to stay away due to the loud distracting music. I appreciate the owner addressing the loud music incident that happened during my visit, will visit again and update because honestly I really like their coffee. read more

My fiance and I are on a search for the best coffee shop in the DFW area and this one was good! We came here on labor day and it was relatively quiet. We ordered a cold brew and iced vanilla latte. The latte was just okay as it was super sweet and the taste of the espresso was muted after the syrup/milk was added. The cold brew had a good flavor profile and was rich and strong. The coffee was decorated very basic and peaceful. The best thing about this coffee shop was how kind the two people working there were. Someone's child spilled a drink they had ordered and the people working remade the drink, helped them clean up, and comforted an embarrassed mother. Seeing this was super encouraging and you will be treated very well when you visit this coffee shop! Highly recommend the cold brew! read more

Y'all, I made a mistake getting a 12oz hot chai latte here. The reviews led me astray! It was honestly no better than what you can get at Starbucks - it's just as watered down and sweet with no depth or complexity to the flavor. I visited a couple times for work this week and had good experiences. Their house blend coffee was average, but the Colombian they were brewing this week was outstanding: deep and complex with hints of chocolate. I enjoyed the bacon and cheese scone, but as a bacon and eggs kinda guy would have liked a more substantial breakfast option. It sounds like they have been open for 9 months and are meeting a need for a high quality coffee shop in the area. I expect they will do well. I noticed multiple business meetings taking place as well as a family with young children and a a group of senior citizens enjoying one another's company. The space works well for all these interactions. Next time I'm back I'll be eager to try one of their espresso drinks. One minor complaint: prices were a little on the high side. But since they are filling a need in a nice neighborhood maybe that won't effect them. read more

You can taste the freshness and bold flavor of their coffee here. This is definitely a coffee house for the connoisseur. Location is convenient because its right on Denton Tap exit. I had a 12 oz vanilla latte and it was yummy with full flavor of the espresso. I judge coffee/espresso drinks by the flavor and smell of it. I ended up ordering a chai latte, which are usually a hit or miss, and I promise you I've never had a better latte! Im very picky, so I was wary to try a new place, but this was so lovely! Nobody is loud but it's not silent either- a good mix. Dark enough to get work done but light enough to feel inviting and happy too. I am just not impressed and would not go out of my way to go here. I don't generally drink the fancy lattes and what not and maybe that's what they are better at but the coffee was not good in my opinion. It could also be that they didn't have sweet n low or any cow's milk that wasn't whole milk. I generally use 1 sweet n low and a low fat/fat free milk but their options were soy, coconut, and almond. I just didn't have a way to make the cup of coffee how I would want MY cup of coffee. I do think that they have those options is great for those that need them but I just wasn't interested in trying anything new that day. $2 for a large is a good deal though. The interior seemed like a cool place to hang out, your typical coffee shop vibe with more seating than your average Star****s. (May be worth noting that I don't like their regular brewed coffee either). read more

I chanced upon Liberation Coffee Company's Coppell location while out shopping and needing a hit of caffeine and a place to sit for a little while. I had a cappuccino. It was fabulous. Best cappuccino I've had out of Europe. The staff was friendly and professional. They keep the place very clean and the chairs and tables are set up to allow maximum comfort and privacy yet allow for intermingling if desired. They have secure free WiFi too. I spent an hour here just relaxing and enjoying the ambiance. I came back for another cappuccino a few days later. Still fabulous and the service was still awesome. If you are anywhere near Liberation and need a coffee or even a treat you should definitely try them. They are far away and above Starbucks and certainly more reasonably priced to boot! read more
