We got our vacation going with bison burgers, add $6 for this burger change, which is 90% lean and lower in cholesterol, fewer calories than beef or chicken (so the menu states). I did not know that! I thought it odd that the waitress brought us a big stack of napkins, but not after one bite of the burger - juicy, dripping goodness! We used the whole stack. Sides are separate. Hubs ordered the Torches. These roasted and fried jalapeño peppers stuffed with beef, bacon, queso and cheddar cheese can require a watering hose. Some bites hotter than others! Additionally ordered, The Skinnies. They don't get their name because they're reduced calorie! They earn their name from the cut of potatoes as they are a matchstick cut. I read great reviews about this place, so my husband and I picked some takeout up while in Jackson. We were unaware that condiments (such as mayonnaise) were $1 extra for each cup. I just find that sort of gauche. Otherwise, my sweet potato fries were super burnt. I've honestly never been to a restaurant that served me burnt fries - they've always told me they were redoing them if they were. We also got an order of onion rings - they do not come with any sort of sauce (FYI). We got back home & found a box of onion rings with no ranch or anything. I've been here a few times and would gladly return multiple times each trip to Jackson Hole. It could be that I'm always starving after a full day of enjoying the outdoors but I choose to believe the burger here really is just that good. I like the "south of the burger" without the beans personally. Cooked a perfect medium to medium well and great bun to burger ratio. We got here about 45 min before the closed on a Sunday. We're seated right away and could sense the server was annoyed another group was seated in her section. We were done with the meal before they even closed. My bf and I both upgraded the $6 for our burgers to be bison. Sadly I felt it was pretty dry and overcooked, not worth it at all. Stopped in Jackson for one night on the way up Tetons/Yellowstone. Read the the local restaurant reviews and I noticed the high marks this place had received. As I always do, I read thru them, skimmed thru the Negative Nancy reviews, and decided this is where we will out. I ordered the Nooner and Jr ordered the Chillerno and we ordered 2 sides. The Sidewinder and the Onion rings. Everything was delicious. Everything. The service and our server was great. It's exactly what we thought it would be. Luckily with only two of us we were able to be seated immediately next to the open window in front. We started off with the onions rings that were great. My wife and I both had speciality burgers unfortunately I can't remember the names but they were great. The bill for the two of us was around $30.00 which for Jackson isn't bad. We checked in and there was a 10minute wait. Not too bad for 2 people. We did get sat the front windows on stools which I did not like...just a personal preference. We ordered drinks and burgers. I went to use the restroom. There is one bathroom that is unisex for the entire place. This seems out of proportion for the establishment. I waited longer for the bathroom than a table!! Now on to the food...The burger was tasty...but as we ate a storm popped up and the rain came in through the open windows on to us. The waitress had us pick up our food and had to climb up on the bar to close the windows. So we had to stand there with drinks and plates while they did this and cleaned the table off. After a long day of hiking in the Grand Tetons we went in to Jackson to eat. We walked past the window at Liberty Burger and the burgers looked so delicious that we stopped in to eat. We were not wrong! You have got to try this place if you are in Jackson. We all had different versions of their Liberty burger. Since you can choose your protein and how you want it topped and cooked they were still all pretty unique. My husband got bison with skinny fries. I got a beef cooked medium with sidewinders. Our friends got onion rings and jalapeño torches to go with their liberty burgers. Everything was wonderful! But the sidewinders fat curly fries with queso, pico, jalapeños and bacon were amazing! So yummy!! The torches were spicy and our friends loved them. Our server was so great and took such good care of us despite having a table with about 15 people ahead of us. Note that they don't have don't have the Might Maize salad at this location like the menu photos and website display. They have the Sturdy salad instead (see my pics for what that looks like). Who knew that one of my favorite meals on our trip to Idaho and Wyoming would be from a burger chain! We did takeout and ordered via phone. Service was fantastic over the phone and in person when I picked up and they are definitely taking their COVID precautions seriously. I paid over the phone and was able to do contactless pick up, as they had my order ready to go right when I walked in 20 minutes later. I got the Baby Bella and I LOVED that they put the mushrooms nicely concealed into the onion ring. It's so simple, but I've truly never seen anything like it. The sauce was delicious without being overwhelming and I just thought it was a really solid burger that didn't make me feel too full or greasy after. My husband got the Sturdy Salad with added chicken, which was a nice clean option (aside from the ranch dressing he chose hah). It was a solid salad and much needed after days of heavy eating. Delicious. We went twice during our time in Jackson Hole, it was our 7 year old's favorite.

We tried the Merry Piglets restaurant on our first day in Jackson Hole and were so impressed we decided to try this place too (since they have the same ownership). We were not disappointed! The food was stellar and the staff was so nice. I did knock off one star because the seating felt a little cramped. We tried the Liberty Burger, Liberty Burger with Bison, Ahi Tuna Burger, chicken tenders, skinny fries, sweet potato fries and sidewinders--everything was amazing! I wish I lived closer to one of their locations so I could order the ahi burger again...Or maybe the bison burger...or maybe the sidewinders...it's probably best for my waistline that I don't live nearby! I liked the sweet potato fries; they had a hint of cinnamon in them which the kids didn't like as well. We also had a salad and split it amongst the three of us. It had ample toppings and was fresh. When we got in, we were seated quickly, were given menus and water very quickly, the music was loud, but that's fine with me, the food we got was amazing, great burgers, onion rings were great, and so were fries. And they make they're own sauces including chipotle ketchup, and hot sauce. The food came pretty quick. The waiters and waitresses were all very nice, and refilled waters frequently.
