Our family's bucket list for our trip to Jackson Hole, included a stop at Liberty Burger. The Liberty Burger is located in the heart of the city and provided excellent customer service. We had two starters, "Sidewinders" and "Torches," and both were outstanding. The Torches were spicily hot and undoubtedly had a punch. The Sidewinders were delightful--nice and crispy, with the right amount of flavor! The Liberty Burger was a real treat, and I topped mine with Swiss cheese and an additional patty. Needed a good lunch after hiking 6 miles in the Grand Tetons. Found this gem and I had one of the top 2 burgers ever. Took about an hour to get a table which is normal in Jackson Hole. We got a table on the 2nd floor and the service was great. I got the nooner with Bison and it was amazing. I also got a side of fries which were good. We tried this place coz I wanted to try a Bison Burger and this restaurant did not fail my/our expectations. The burgers were all excellent. My party had the Ahi Tuna Burger, The Liberty Double Cheese burger with Pepper Jack Cheese, The Traitor-Grilled Chicken sandwich, Chillerno Bison Burger and 3 Jalapeño Torches. We also had the Huckleberry Shake. Nutella Graham Crackers Shake, and Caramel Sea Salt Shake. the Lebowski and the Huck Berry adult shakes. Excellent food!!! Taking all the COVID precautions- seated 6 ft apart, we saw them cleaning everything with disinfectant spray, staff wearing masks. Now that that's all out of the way, here's the good part- excellent burgers! I had the Liberty burger with bison meat. Perfectly cooked and just the right amount of toppings. And the make or break of a burger, the bun, was spot on. My sister had the same Liberty burger only with beef; she loved it too. Skinny fries are the perfect accompaniment. This place fits all of my complaints about fancy burger places. The patties, although advertised as a mouthwatering combo of tenderloin, brisket & Chuck, were rubbery and bland. Skip the fancy blend and season your burgers! Most places make up for mediocre burgers with amazing toppings. Here, the toppings were skimpy and sad. I should've taken a picture. It really was sad. Even when removing my top bun I felt like I needed to wet the burger with something. We were seated inside next to the kitchen so it smelled greasy and smoky. There's a great seating area upstairs, some that overlooks the street. Go up there! Our server was nice enough but not very attentive. I asked for salt and never got any. We were all craving burgers and looking for a place that offered everything for the carnivores and the herbivores. This spot came up and also offered boozy milkshakes so we couldn't resist. A small spot so the wait took a bit but luckily we could just explore Jackson while we waited. Once seated the service was great and fast. The menu is a QR code you scan, very cool, efficient, and clean. The boozy milkshakes were the best part of the meal if I'm being honest, but that doesn't mean the food wasn't amazing. But who doesn't love a milkshake with alcohol in it!? (No pictures because it was gone in the blink of an eye.) I got the kale salad with the impossible burger, it was delicious. Stopped by on a whim after a long day of hiking, and we were so glad we did! Excellent burgers and I had a decent side salad. Our waiter was great- I forgot to order my burger without a bun and when he noticed I removed it he brought me several pieces of lettuce to make a wrap. Such good service! The restaurant was very tight, crowded (not crazily so, as we came later in the evening), and at times incredibly loud- most of which actually seemed to come from the attached restaurant next door. Amazing burgers and fries! It's a little more expensive than your average burger joint, but worth it. The quality of the meat, buns, condiments, and fries are fresh. I woke up the next morning wanting another burger. I had the Napa burger. It was served on a fresh bun with arugula, Gorgonzola cheese, roasted tomatoes, aioli sauce. The burger also come with olives but I left those off. The fries were crisp and tasted great. My husband ordered the loaded fries. They were great too. The fries were thick and loaded with toppings. The Pico on the fries had a great fresh flavor. If you like Pico, I would order extra Pico on the fries. Next time I'm in Jackson, I will definitely be back to order the Napa burger. read more

Food was REALLY good. The menu QR code they have downstairs leads you to much cheaper, inaccurate prices (the burger I got cost $18 but the menu said it was $12.50). My husband and I were craving some burgers after our hikes and decided to try this place. The staff was friendly and fast. We got the Wild West as a regular burger and the Baby Bella as a Bison Burger. I made the mistake of trying the Baby Bella before the Wild West and boy did I regret it. There will never be another burger tastier than the Baby Bella! The Bison was lean but the creamy queso, succulent mushrooms and the crunchy onion were a perfect combo min that toasted bun. It made the Wild West burger seem ok, maybe good but didn't hold a candle to that, sadly. We thought we were stuffed but tried the root beer float and were happy we did because it was a delicious wrap up to a super tasty dinner. We visited on a weekend and it was crowded and we had more than an hour wait. Fortunately they took our number and texted us, which gave us time to visit the town. Our wait staff were helpful, the food was pretty good - a bit hit and miss - and the space was comfortable for our large group. I didn't see many precautions taken by staff or guests relating to COVID, however, in most rural areas people don't have the same fear of infection that some urbanites have. This place had the best reviews in Jackson, so in we go. The burger was damn good. I had the one with a poblano pepper and queso. Spectacular combo. The only improvement could be the bun. We noticed that nearly all of the restaurants in Western Wyoming had the exact same bun. Some bakery is making a killing. But it's big and dense. The bun is the only thing holding the burger back. They have margaritas and beer, which is awesome of course. The actual restaurant is pretty small. It is owned by a conglomerate that owns most of the restaurants in Jackson. Overall, the food was great! I dont think you can go wrong with any of the burgers, the two we got were well seasoned, and tasty. We also got a peanut butter shake and that was great too!
