    Hmmmm... I've been going here for service for 9 years. During COVID I went in and bought a tire and got it installed for a ridiculous amount of money. I figured it was what they needed to do to stay open. Now I called for new front tire, fork service, and brake pads, this time I bought my tire elsewhere. Service tells me "we don't install customer supplied parts". I guess business is so bad they still need to charge twice as much for parts? Anyway, I'm off to get my service elsewhere, good luck to you Liberty.

    I just purchased my second Harley from this dealership, the first one was a 2013 Road King Classic when it was Liberty Harley-Davidson and now a 2017 FLHTK Ultra Limited, with Hannum's Harley-Davidson of Rahway, both experiences were excellent! On this recent purchase, I want to extend a huge THANK YOU to Ryan, Nicole, and Eddie! They truly lived up to the slogan of "Hannum's makes it happen!" They truly made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable! Ryan and Nicole went out of their way to get the bike I wanted in the color I asked for from another dealer since none of the Hannum's dealers had it in stock. Eddie took the time to go over all of the necessary paperwork making it easy to understand, he also was able to get me a great insurance quote with Rider Insurance as well! Ryan, Nicole, and Eddie were professional and provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend doing business with Hannum's Harley-Davidson of Rahway where you are treated with respect and are truly accepted like family!

    Stopped into the parts department this past Friday . Talk about fast friendly service. I was in and out with my parts in a flash. CDS checked my part number and went to the back and was literally out again in less than a minute. Of course I forgot the Harley shirt I needed so I went back in to the merchandise department. I couldn't see the one I needed and DEW asked if she could help me find something. I told her what I was looking for and she came around the counter and went directly to the item. Again They all seem to know exactly where the items are located. No searching, it very impressive. And DEW was super friendly. AJ rang me up and gave me some free advice. Every time I've been here they treat you like family. I'll be back for sure and I highly recommend this dealership,

    Pricey and not able to do service outside harleys. I say look for help in other places. But they were super polite

    If I could give 0 stars I would. When dropping off my CBR600RR, I provided a replacement radiator…read moreand the only thing I asked was to get it running smoothly. It took them THREE WEEKS to complete rather simple maintenance on my bike and even still it wasn't completed. Cory had a TERRIBLE attitude and was a complete A hole through the entire process. They refused to give me a quote and charged me 1700$ for basic maintenance. The bike doesn't even run anymore and I have to take it to another shop. I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs. In the time it takes for your bike to get back you could have fixed it yourself and could easily surpass the very limited knowledge this joke Cory has. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!

He saved our roadtrip, and shared his wealth of mechanical knowledge. This is a guy who traveled to Italy with a vespa part in his hand to see if he could find a replacement. Very impressed with his whole set up, very grateful for his above and beyond service, and prices were fair.

    I stumbled upon this company by some sort of search engine hijinks...I had typed in "Velofix" and…read morethe first entry to pop up on Google was "Velotooler" and the spelling was similar enough that I clicked on it carelessly while doing something else, and then I stupidly assumed that Velofix must have renamed itself. Boy, what a mistake that was. The website looks good, there is a nationwide map showing where the mechanics are available, and I found one within 15 minutes of the suburb of Boston where I live. I was pleasantly surprised to find that as per website, said mechanic was available within just 3 days (Velofix has much longer wait times, can be 1-2 weeks on average) and the service (tune up of an e-bike) was actually $30 cheaper than what Velofix wanted. Wonderful! Or so I thought. Alas, that's about where the "wonderful" part ends. First off, the damned website is glitchy as all hell---after I create an account and submit all my details (address and CC info), I hit the "Pay" button...and nothing happens. So I double-check that all my adblocking browser extensions are turned off, reload the website, and do everything all over again. Same result. Over and over again. I even try using a different browser (Chrome) and again, no luck. So I hit the "Chat" button to get help from Velotooler. Got a live person after about 30 minutes, during which time I had left my computer, so we proceeded to play chat-tag for a couple rounds. She later sent me an email follow up the next day: said sorry, but I needed to first use their "Add payment" link on my account before placing the order. Which I did, but the same thing happened...screwy website took all my info, then on the last page where there was a final "Add payment" button, again nothing happened upon clicking. At this point, Velotooler's "help" person who had been helping me simply ghosted. Now mind you, I had been totally civil and polite the whole time, never cursing, blaming her for the problem, or personalizing it. Lo and behold, I suddenly had an idea...why not try the god awful Microsoft Edge browser! And so I did, for the perhaps second time since it was foisted upon my PC. And praise da good lawdy lawd, it finally worked...payment info was finally accepted, and the work order finally went through---just "pending confirmation" from the mechanic. Problem is, a full 24 hours later, my requested appointment date/time had still not been "confirmed" by the mechanic. I sent a further chat request for help. No response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Another half day later, I get an email notification from Velotooler that my appointment had been cancelled and that my credit card would be refunded. With zero explanation, apology, and or any actual human response from any Velotooler support staff. Ergo, it's clear to me that Velotooler is just not ready for prime time yet. They are obviously a half-baked amateur operation, probably understaffed and underpaid, and the staff clearly under-trained. And the website designer should get a good hard kick in the ass right out the door. I'm going back to Velofix, even if I have to wait a whole week for the next available appointment and pay a little extra dough. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they did issue a prompt refund (will have to check my credit card to make sure it does go through, my confidence in these people is pretty low as you can imagine).
