Bennie did an incredible job as he showed up with cones that noted where post would go and graphing paper that displayed my windows and slider. Their brochure and information packet was filled with helpful information. I could see first hand that the reviews were justified and level of customer service was very professional. We are looking for a large 400 sq ft patio cover and were looking for it to be insulated, with 2 fans, and 8 lights. Brett promised the world during the sales process, but once the contract was signed, the follow-through completely disappeared. After that, everything was handed off to Casey and communication went downhill fast. Weekend availability is terrible. I purchased the shutters in November, and installation didn't happen until months later. Brett measured my windows twice, then a younger employee came out and measured again. When the third-party installers finally showed up, they had the wrong measurements. How does that even happen after three separate visits? On top of that, Casey was extremely rude and condescending. She also kept my credit card on file without my permission, which is completely unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism throughout this entire process was through the roof. Also, the first photo shown on this so-called business profile (the one with the curtains) apparently doesn't even belong to them...or at least that's the impression I got when I asked Brett about it. Mario came to the house and measured the windows in question and showed me their thick binder of cloth examples. I picked a cloth that I liked and paid a deposit so they could start manufacturing the frames and awning cloths to fit. About three weeks later, I was given a date they would like to install the awnings and I agreed. Three weeks later, Mario said they were ready and asked if I was ready for install. All good.
