New pool owner that had no idea what to do. Ron took the time to really show me everything and explain how it worked. 100% recommend

Absolutely Outstanding Work - Best Pool Contractor I've Ever Used…read more I cannot recommend GP&A Pool Service highly enough. He completely exceeded every expectation I had when he worked on my pool. From the very first conversation, he was professional, responsive, and honest about what could be done and what it would take. He took the time to walk through my pool with me, explained the issues clearly, and gave me options instead of pushing the most expensive solution. That kind of integrity is rare. The work itself was excellent. He worked on the pool heater, the lights, the chlorinator . Everything was done with top-tier materials and meticulous attention to detail. He was clean, respectful, and worked efficiently without dragging the job out. What really stood out was how he explained everything, took him time, without gouging me for $$. If something needed tweaking, He treated my property like it was his own -- no mess left behind, no damage to the landscaping, and constant updates so I always knew what was happening. I've used several pool companies over the years in the area, and GP&A is hands-down the best. If you want quality work, fair pricing, and someone you can actually trust, look no further. I will be using him for all future pool maintenance and recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you -- you did a hell of a job! I look forward to working with him again.

We hired GP&A after speaking with several pool companies and chose them specifically based on their…read morereviews praising quick response times and communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We did the "Green-to-Clean ($800)". It took SIX weeks. We had to repeatedly follow up because they would go ~2 weeks without showing up or communicating. When we asked, we were told there was an emergency situation, we tried to be understanding, but there was no proactive communication on their end. We decided weekly service ($250/month). After the initial clean, we signed up for weekly maintenance. Within 24-48 hours of each visit, chlorine levels would drop back to 0 ppm. GP&A's explanation was that our pool system was outdated and needed to be replaced. However, we had two separate pool inspections done when we purchased the home, plus 3-4 other pool companies assess the equipment, none of them flagged the system (installed in 2017) as a problem requiring replacement. Upsell attempts: GP&A quoted us a full system replacement (under $6,000) and then a filter replacement (~$2,200) before they said they could continue service. We decided to move on to another provider. End of service: We asked if they could continue maintaining the pool through the end of the month. Their last visit was six days before the final day of the month (image attached). The pool was visibly green and in poor condition by end of month (again they serviced it 6 days ago and it is this green; not adding enough chlorine). When we brought this up, they responded that the condition was "consistent with the unresolved filtration issue for which repairs were recommended", essentially placing responsibility on us for not purchasing their repair package. We were looking for a long-term, trustworthy pool service company. What we experienced was poor communication, inconsistent results, and recommendations that no other company has supported. I cannot recommend GP&A based on our experience.

Something that sets Cerulean apart is that they are honest and truly look out for their customers. When it comes to maintaining the equipment they remind us so we don't forget. Also, and really important to me, they truly work in our best interest with repairs and replacements of the pool equipment. They've saved us a bunch of money in helping us get all the useful life out of the equipment. Their communication is also excellent. We have two dogs. I asked that they text before they come so I can ensure the dogs are inside. They always text 30 minutes prior to arrival. Additionally, when holidays are coming up, they adjust their schedule to ensure all their clients get serviced. Sam always sends a message to let us know they'll come on a different day due to the holiday. I cannot say enough about the level of service Josh, Sam and the whole team provide. We are so grateful for Cerulean Pools! Thank you Josh, Sam and team. Y'all get all the stars!!

There are always repairs that go unanswered however they continuously send techs who are unable to complete their job bc the repair still hasn't been done. This is a MANAGEMENT problem! not a tech problem but he money farms his costumers despite the lack of service actually being conducted.

The service is incredible - I trust them and my pool is absolutely crystal clear all the time. Much better than me messing with it. I could not be happier. I reached out to let them know how poor the service was and reminded them of the free visit they advertised. They apologized, promised to come back, do a proper job, and comp the second visit. They did return and did a slightly better job, but then charged me $60 for chemicals--more than the cost of the cleaning itself. For context, they barely charged for chemicals on the first visit, when the pool was in worse condition. To make things worse, they tried to upsell me a pool robot and offered to "program" it for me... even though it's a plug-and-play Aiper device that doesn't require any programming. It felt like a sales tactic to take advantage of someone unfamiliar with pool tech. After I canceled service, they still sent someone out for a third visit without my approval. Overall, a really frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them--they were misleading and untrustworthy. For what they charged for one (supposedly free) visit and one paid visit, you could get a month of service from most other reputable pool companies

Waited 2.5 months for him to warranty his work from the previous homeowner and still did not complete the job. Only showed up to 3 of the 16 scheduled appointments, and only notified me he could not attend 1 time. The other times he scheduled just left us high and dry. Continually said he paid someone else to do the work for us, but no one ever came. He says all the right things on the phone and via text, but has absolutely no follow through. We were not asking for some crazy job to be done, simply to fix a small leak at the pump where plumbed, and to clean the pool. I begged him to come so I could pay him to sign up for his weekly service. This company is not reliable at all. There are so many other companies to choose from and I recommend going with anyone but him. Do not use the company to clean your pool because they will not show up.
