Lovely new spot in Museum District! Super clean and cute with a friendly staff. The Thai Milk Tea and the Grilled Pork banh mi were flawless and fairly priced. At some point of my almost 10 years in Houston I became a Pho freak, so I'm always 'Pho-Hunting' and like to try every single new pho place I see around. (Old Saigon In Westheimer still the best in my not-so-humble opinion after trying around 30 places, my pho obsession is so notorious I like to see myself as a connoisseur). NO IM NOT LOL... but at least I try and know my 1 or 2 things about good pho. Man this Pho is lovely, I almost didn't come to this place after reading a nonsense-BS review claiming that the Chicken Pho was "bland".... Individual that wrote that review must be a b*tt-hurt competitor that has their ego affected about this small place kicking A*s ! Credit where is due!!! I wasn't expecting it to be such a rich-intense flavored soup, so it hit my taste buds with their guard down!!!! This pho has soul and love steaming out of it. There's nothing more to it! Straight to the point! Great soup! Sweet to the necessary point, you just can sense it's been there with right ingredientes and the right time, enough noodles, generous with the protein portions (I had chicken and lord... is not shredded!!! not sure how traditional that is but for whatever reason, shredded chicken pho feels WRONG!). Broth is beef for all options though... and even though it's flavor is GREAT, it's a little restrictive, vegans and vegetarians that are not flexible just don't have a Pho option here. I definetly encourage people to check this nice little place out, specially if you're a Pho lover. I also had pork spring rolls and they didn't disappoint either, it is very hard to screw spring rolls, but I don't know how, some places manage to do it, this is NOT one of those restaurants. I've passed this spot a few times and finally got a chance to check it out. The Boba teas are really good and I would definitely come back for that. The rest of the ingredients seem like toppings to a absolutely delicious nectar (not that it's sweet, although the herbal notes do carry a hint of sweetness that balances the savory elements). Wow!!! Their pork banh mi is stuffed with lots of meat. The pork has a good char flavor. It's a bargain at 5.50. The sandwich is huge and can easily pass for a 10 dollar banh mi inside the loop. Happy to have found a place nearby with awesome banh mi with value. read more

This place has such a nice vibe!! Everyone was so friendly and the owner, Lien, is the sweetest!! I got the wintermelon milk tea with tapioca. The boba was nice and chewy and the tea was really good. The pho was outstanding and broth was super flavorful and well-balanced, and beef-noodle to broth ratio was just right. All ingredients were very fresh, and the egg rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside too. They also put my coffee in a boba cup with the sealed top, so it would have been easy to take it to-go (if I hadn't finished it all)! The staff was friendly and my food came out in 5 minutes or less. You can tell that they pay attention to detail and care about the quality of the food and customer experience.
