This Philly will have you rethinking the meat altogether. Add the "carrot" bacon adds such a delightful kick and texture to the sandwich. Another delectable dish is the Rasta Pasta, it's super creamy and has nice amount of spice to the flavor. The sizable portion should allow you to have some leftovers for later, which is NEVER a bad thing. The quality I noticed about this establishment is the love that I felt went into the dishes. There's definitely noticeable care that goes into these meals and it makes me so much more motivated to come back and keep referring others. The fried Oyster Mushroom appetizer is a yummy and crunchy dish to share with your table mates or a satisfying meal all its own if you have chicken wing cravings. Last but not least their fresh juices are the bomb! I can't pick a favorite as the waitress is sweet enough to offer samples of each one. Helps make the decision making again so much easier. We had the Lobster Mac and Cheese, Portabello Ragin Pasta dish. This food was amazing! Even though we live north of the perimeter, we will go back. Agelica was our server and she was absoulely perfect. We ordered a Kale salad and did not receive it but we didnt care!!!! We were so happy to be there! The sweet tea had ginger in it. The pasta was creamy and the taste was very savory. I never had vegan shrimp before and they were good as well. The Mac and cheese was well seasoned too. I've ordered twice from here with high hopes, because their Instagram is beautiful. They do present the food nicely and it's a good portion, but to be honest I'm a bit disappointed. :( Both of the meals I have ordered (philly and burrito) were pretty much flavorless. This time I put a note that I wanted extra seasoning/spice, but I don't even think they put salt on the fries. I ended up leaving some on my plate both times because the flavor and texture just aren't interesting. This place definitely was a hidden gem. The customer service was phenomenal! Deedee was our waitress and she was so sweet. Britton was the boss on duty and related so well with his employees and had no problem doing the work. The place has a nice chilled vibe and the food was delicious. We have came twice since the old water left & both times have been embarrassing & disappointing. Took forever to get our orders, we were waiting like 15 minutes then the new waiter comes & asked for our order again because she forgot to put it in. 2. Food taste different! VERY DISAPPOINTED! We ordered the Nashville hot oyster mushroom sandwich and 2 orders of the sweet and spicy oyster mushrooms. Both orders were burned and not edible, even the bread was burned. How dare you serve this for $40. There's no way they didn't know this was unacceptable. It seems as if they cooked it in old burned grease. It's amazing! I love how fresh and healthy the ingredients are. A lot of vegan restaurants in the area are all fried and sit heavy but Life Bistro has some delicious truly healthy options. I ate here today. The food did not take too long maybe 10 minutes. The shrimp po boy was decent, the collard greens tasted a little burnt but still decent. The mac and cheese had too much cheese and tasted a little off. We got two cup cakes and one was stale. Hard stale. The other cupcake was decent. The pasta was ok but not good enough to deal with the service from Management. The cashier made a small simple mistake and the Mgr made it bigger. Didn't apologize, nor accept the mistake. Instead he blamed me and said All Sales Final. As far as the pasta, the flavor was ok but needed more sauce. I would not go back due to Mgr attitude. Bad first impression. The establishment itself was mediocre, no one and I mean no one had masks on. People in the kitchen had no mask, no gloves, no hair nets. I will not return but to each is on!! read more

So I just ordered from this restaurant on UberEats I'm a vegetarian, and am always looking for more plant-based options. So I had very high hopes for this establishment. However, food like this is why people say vegan food is awful. The Rasta Pasta that I ordered as flavorless except for the mushrooms ( I had to over season it myself before it tasted like anything). The chickpea & beet salad was over-season and the beets shouldn't have been completely raw. Then the cold pressed juice that I ordered was pretty much all grapefruit & nothing else. Never have I been this resoundingly disappointed with the quality of food at a restaurant. I can confidently say I won't be ordering from here again. read more

I was so excited to try this restaurant today and I was completely let down! Absolutely none of the food was edible. I placed an order online that stated it would be 7:00pm when it was ready but we did not receive our food until 7:41! The mac and cheese was runny and had a bad taste. The sweet and spicy mushrooms were dry and hard! They had no flavor. The nachos were cold they were not even slightly warm.....I could go on and on about how bad the food was and the poor service matched the food but but are some pics of the food. I spent $115 on food that we couldn't eat. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that I didn't even receive an apology about the wait nor did I receive dinner for my family and I'm out of over $115.
