Had such an enjoyable experience cooking, learning, sipping and eating with Chefs Cherryl and Marc and 5 other 'students'. We started with a light Aperol Spritz cocktail to put us into Italian mode for our Chicken Piccata meal we were to prepare. After making a quick, easy appetizer, we were each assigned a station to make a part of the meal... salad, pasta, veggies, herbs, green beans, chicken prep, reduction sauce and strawberries macerated in wine for dessert. Our meal came together, the trick being having all the hot foods ready at the same time. Everything got to the table fresh and delicious. So fun to meet new people while sharing a challenge and learning helpful techniques to use in the kitchen.

Chef Marc. Foodie's paradise. Class Act. In-between each of those phrases are a culmination of life aspirations coming to a single note of ultimate satisfaction. 1. Chef Marc, could make a blind man see if it all was weighted on the chef's passion for food, his streamlined professionalism and his ease of simplifying COMPLEX flavor profiles. 2. I am a foodie who connects with fellow humans from different cultures by way of cuisines and this class transported me across political lines, religious dogma and through my palate made me feel closer to the beauty of Thialand and its people. 3. The class was perhaps the most chic and progressively forward concept space I could ever imagine. I literally became emotional from the experience, because Chef Marc empowered this foodie to create what I usually would rely on restaurants to bless me with. I sincerely will count this experience as one of my golden memories in my life: "...remember when Chef Marc taught me how to make authentic Thia dishes?" I wish the young and old could experience the passion, joy and love of being a foodie cooking - authentically.

We took the Italian Cooking class with Marc & Cherryl and we really had a great time. Cherryl's culinary expertise and cooking knowledge were top-notch. The Red & Yellow Pepper Pasta turned out amazing as did the Chicken Piccata! The group setting made it more enjoyable! Definitely an A+, 5 star experience that I would recommend to anybody!

We just had (and made!) the most delicious Vietnamese meal, hands down, no contest. The very first thing we noticed was what an incredible set up these people have. A beautiful, large, spotless modern kitchen, pre-set up with stations for our different courses. Everything was stocked with the freshest most beautiful ingredients. The instructions were delivered clearly, almost in a conversational way, so much so that I'm quite certain I could make that meal from memory tomorrow. And lastly, but most importantly, our instructor, or host really, Mark, was so gracious, knowledgeable, and passionate about food, that it made the whole experience more like hanging out with a friend than being in a stuffy class setting. Mark put a lot of emphasis on incorporating our personal taste preferences while also learning traditional techniques. We're already discussing what cuisine we want to try next. Thanks for a great evening Mark!!

I attended a Saturday class with my guy. We learned how to make Aperol Spritz, Crostini Bianchi, Green Bean Salad, Penne with roasted red and yellow bell pepper, Sautéed chicken Piccata with white wine sauce, and Moscato macerated strawberries. All participants had a job and were responsible for a station. The menu was based off of recipes from renowned Marcella Hazan. Chef Cherryl and chef Mark were so welcoming and patient with everyone. They assisted everyone at all the stations when needed. They answered all questions and gave suggestions for techniques. We sat around the table and enjoyed as a family the food we cooked as a team. It was even served with wine. It doesn't get better than that! At the end, chef Mark and Cherryl presented everyone with a certificate. We were all so appreciative of the amazing experience and wanted to clean all the dishes. This was an experience that I will share with others and remember forever. I forgot to mention that they even have a vegetable garden in the backyard. Some of our vegetables were picked and used in our meal.

    Plant based cooking class

We had such a fun time with this cooking class! Camila was easy to learn from. She was extremely warm and fun to talk to as well. We ended up being the only couple in the class so we had a real hands on experience. We opted for the plant-based class and the food was soooooooooooo good! A LOT of "Mmmms" coming from us while eating! Can't wait to make this meal at home. We'd love to come back to Life Plus to take another class.

Chef Marc was an absolute delight. The vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The class framework was thoughtful, engaging, and incredibly well-executed. What truly sets this class apart is the attention to detail. Every aspect of the experience was immaculate, from the clear directions to the venue (complete with a contact number), to the interior setup, comfortable room temperature, and beautifully presented stations. The kitchen tools were high quality, ingredients were neatly laid out with laminated table cards, and even the table settings were on point. And as someone who comes from both an operations and creative background, I have to say: Chef Marc's recipe template is hands-down the best I've seen from any chef-led class. Every detail felt intentional and appreciated, no stone left unturned. Bravo, Chef Marc! This class deserves a standing ovation.

She was quite insightful as Tasha offered valuable feedback that could easily be applied to your (my) own acting work. The evening started with a motivational talk.
